Regenta Orkos Kolkata

My experience of staying in the hotel for 5 days with family was fabulous. The location, ambience, service, cleanliness, food, working staff jointly made it a simply VOW for our stay. The experience of the Hotel rightly fulfills its motherline group (Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd). If I would suggest anybody for a place to really match his/her expectations for a vacation in Kolkata, Hotel Regenta Orko's will certainly be so. The caring staff of the Hotel, the Hospitality and service of the Restaurant Manager Mrs. Arti Kapoor Singh simply made our vacation mindblowing. Thumbs up to the property and all the caring staffs, specially the restaurant section, (precisely Mrs. Arti Kapoor Singh as Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Staff Mr. Joy).

Great place to relax at, went there for the pool bt unfortunately it was so green and felt weird to swim in so confirmed with the staff there and they said that we could swim but it's not good for the skin also that they would be cleaning the pool so we couldn't use it but apart from that the rooms are pretty nice, they even upgraded us so we had a tub which was great. I'd just appreciate if the pool and spa would've been open then it would be perfect. The staff there were really great.

Nice stay, with good food. Front office staffs were very well mannered. Liked the rooms. Location was good. The bar was very nice and the food was great. Overall the rooms, foods, staffs were good. Like to comeback again. Value for money....

A nice decent hotel in a good location. No complaints as such. Only thing I would comment about was the food. Breakfast was included in my stay and while the spread was good enough, I found the quality of the food mediocre which I believe can easily be improved. Same was with dinner . Otherwise, a good place to stay. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Hotel experience was very good... But i would like to highlight the hard work of working staff, very responsive, well behaved,good communication and the food was good. Kudos to the food staff as well.

Its a perfect place to conduct business events and the staff is really responsive. The restaurant manager Arti Singh is a really lovely lady who took care of all out requirements in the venue. The food may have been better but its okay. Also,their puppy is super cute and playful.

Absolutely terrible experience. They took 10,000 in advance for an event that they never organized and refused to refund the amount. The staff and manager are completely irresponsible and unresponsive. They sometimes operate through third-party vendors, which means you'll end up paying way more than the actual cost with zero accountability. There's no communication, no professionalism, and the event management is a total disaster. If you're thinking of booking this place, don't. You'll be harassed, overcharged, and left with nothing but regret!

Stayed at this property for about a month. Hotel is well staffed & with all of them being extremely courteous at all times. They certainly left no stone unturned in accommodating us all throughout & infact willingly walked that extra mile to ensure things were as per our taste & requirements. Quite an amazing stay, looking forward to be here whenever in town. Thanks. All the best!
