I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I had booked for a social ceremony as well, which was very well taken care. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful gestures throughout my stay, I felt truly valued. The food was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. each meal was prepared with care and served promptly. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch dining.

Worst experience never had. Stayed 2 days and since 1st day AC was not working properly and communicated to the reception on 1st day they don't do anything and change the room next day and same thing happened. Whole night it was same . Please don't go this hotel at all specially Business trave

Extremely disappointment with the service I received during my stay at this hotel. While the food was the only positive aspect of my visit, the overall experience was appalling, and the unprofessionalism of reception and staff left me speechless. Upon arrival, I was forced to wait 30 minutes for my room, which in itself was frustrating, but the real issue was the room I was given. Despite my reservation for a double bed with a city view, I was placed in a room at the back of the hotel with twin beds pushed together. And no effort was made to accommodate the mistake. The service continued to degrade from there. Both in-room phones were not working, and I had to go down to the front desk to request assistance. When no one arrived after 30 minutes, I was forced to call again through phone, only to be given the restaurant's number to place my own order. To be clear, it should never take so much effort just to place a simple room service order, and the entire process was a hassle I shouldn't have had to deal with. But what truly angered me was the appalling behavior of the receptionist. Not once did they apologize for the delays. Not once did they acknowledge the inconvenience or show any basic level of courtesy. I was repeatedly asked to wait without any explanation, as though it was perfectly normal to make guests sit in frustration without even a simple "sorry for the delay." It's honestly shocking that someone so blatantly unprofessional was allowed to interact with guests in a customer-facing role. They are absolutely unfit for the position and should not be representing such an establishment. The lack of apology, empathy, or basic professionalism is beyond disappointing. It reflects a severe lapse in customer service and is completely unacceptable. I expect far better from a hotel that claims to offer a high standard of service. I strongly urge the hotel authorities to reconsider the placement of such unqualified staff in positions where they are supposed to manage guest relations. It's clear they lack the basic skills necessary to perform their job, and their behavior has tarnished the reputation of the hotel.

Recently had my stay in this hotel, i was not well when reached. Believe i got the exceptional service from hotel staff, Food was great and served with smile during all feasts. They specially support in all manners , Special thanks to Staff member Azhrudin who went all way to bring medicine for me, His Manager Mr. Banerjee and Hotel manager for allowing me late checkout. I always love to stay in this hotel because of the behaviour of staff towards Guest& it's really good & clean atmosphere in surrounding & the location is really good & very near to Airport & lastly the proverb is there " Morning shows the day" means your first interaction will be happened in reception & the people who are there all are very cooperative but I had to mention the name Ms.Sammyukta who is exceptional because of her commitment towards Job & for her great future ahead .

I have visited as a guest for a Conference on 16th Feb'25. The behaviour of the security guards are very bad and impolite. The underground bike parking area is very narrow and dirty. By mistake I have reached to another gate for exit as there was no one to guide, and requested to open, they didn't open the gate and hence I have to drive through a narrow space again.. Though this wouldn't be the main issue if their behavior would be little helpful.
