Should be rated in negative. Smelly washrooms unhygienic staffs are not bothered about cleanliness it seems. We had taken up 7 rooms prepaid hosted an event We had instructed the Man of in-charge Abhijit about the extra room that a bride and groom are going to stay after the event the date was mentioned to him he assured for the availability infact we asked and briefed everything pretty well where he agreed upon There he mishaps no room was booked. frontdesk people are prtending hear Ghost and call us to say sorry about the tragedy. Just imagine No rooms locked for newly wed which was the highlight. A sorry? What an embarrassment that we faced. Nothing can pacify this no amount of money or anything. Story doesn't end here frontdesk doesn't have any clue whatsoever about thr billing we inquired the frontdesk personnel sevral is there anything pending please tell us it's only after the checkout when we reached Bombay afternoon the same day we get a call that he again mishaped some amount is pending. Just understand the number of untrained bunch of people Unprofessionalism at its height seems more of a Motel than a Hotel. I strictly urge and ask you not to book any event with them if you don't want to embarrasse yourself. Unprofessional poor management no hospitality no communication within the channels I don't know what could be worse than this place. Refrain urself from booking.

I have pleasant in Park Prime hotel kolkata. They are providing awesome luxury rooms, Dilicius food, The coffee shop is smelling Beautyful, best pool in this hotel, amboo parking space, helpful and coporative staffs. In this hotel they are providing hospitality with happiness

Hotel Park Prime Kolkata offers a decent venue for business meetings with well-arranged conference halls and courteous staff. The catering was satisfactory, and the location is convenient. While the ambiance is good, some facilities could be improved for a more premium experience. Overall, a suitable choice for corporate events.

We visited in December 2024. The hotel presented a pleasant appearance, however, the rooms were not entirely comfortable. There was an issue with bed bugs, and the furniture appeared quite dated. The staff were helpful and courteous. The food was acceptable, though not exceptional. In summary, I would rate my stay a 3 out of 5.

First of all, the hotel is in a very good location. However, the quality of rooms are not as they have priced it. It is an old property which is renovated. Hence you might find walls of your rooms slightly old. As mentioned by a lot of travelers they are overpriced in rooms and food, however if you need a central location to stay they are a good option. The wifi is the worst here. So if you intend to work, please forget as they have no connection at all. The staff was friendly so that is a positive sign. Overall, an okay experience staying there.

In the park prime Hotel kolkatta i have experience of a good stay like my home, in the reception there are very helpfull and Corporative staffs and they providing hospitality with happiness, the rooms are so luxurious, in the restaurant all foods are so delicious and the restaurant staffs always maintain the highgin, the swimming pool is so nice,

Great stay! Welcoming staff and top facilities in the price range. Must try the restaurant Khanasutra!

I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was so nightmarish, I have to warn others. When we arrived in our room, we immediately noticed the air was thick with humidity and everything felt damp. Then we realized why the sheets and blanket were damped, like they had been pulled out of a washing machine and left to dry in the room. But the worst part? The blanket was covered in disgusting yellow stains and lots of fungi. The air conditioning was out of order, and with no airflow, the room had a stench that made it hard to breathe. This whole experience made us so miserable that we had to switch rooms, but the allergy symptoms from that night, constant sneezing followed us even after we left the room. Good that after we changed the rooms we get the good enough room that it should be. At checkout, things got even worse. The staff told us a face towel was missing from our room and insisted we search our own luggage for it. We had to bring all our bags in from the car and go through them in the lobby, but the towel wasn't there. Even after we asked, no one from the staff came to check the room or help us with the luggage. We were left to handle it all ourselves. Overall, this hotel didn't meet even basic standards of comfort or service. ps. I didn't take a photo of those fungi on the blanket but this screenshot from the video I send to my family. you will see the yellowness of the blanket clearly.
