First of all see different types of rooms and then book. Staff and house keeping personnel are good. If you go towards AJCB Road you will find lot of shopping place and restaurant.

Good place, close to all the major places I wanted to go to. Rooms are clean and well maintained with clean linen. No insects etc. all good on hygiene. but walls have some dampness etc. Room service is more basic. But tasty breakfast options available. There are many roadside eateries nearby, so no lack of options to eat outside by walking 5min. Good place at very reasonable rates. I had booked via Agoda.

Location is fantastic; Escon temple is nearby. Victoria Memorial is at walkable distance and Nearby sarovar and park etc are awesome. Food was delicious, the in-house cook is very good. She cooked Maharashtrian as well as south indian food, also tea coffee were outstanding in taste. Facilities are as good as expected.

Worst security at the entrance i being enormously polite told him that I need to use the washroom but my entry was denied also he somewhat tried to restraint me physically when I explained the security person that the law of the nation allows me to use the washroom of any hotel according to the provisions given in Indian Sarais Act section 7 (2), then also he did not advice me to go in the hotel instead he insisted me to use the normal complex washroom which was not properly sanitized. I don't know what was the intention of that security guard with a moustache I believe just because I am wearing something ethnic on saraswati puja he got triggered. If the owner or management is reading this, it is my request that either you try to replace this security guard or instruct him properly to allow visitors otherwise the hotel will have the backlash of a lawsuit and the reputation will be tarnished.

The Front office is very cooperative and customer friendly. Located in a convenient place extending best of the services. Greetings to Pallavi staff and management.
