OYO Verb Inn Near Behala Chowrasta Metro Station

I would suggest everyone to avoid this place if you are coming Kolkata first time and not having any other option for your stay in Kolkata!! Despite of corporate booking with advance payment, they didn't keep any room vacant and denied me for check-in. Asked reason and wondered to know that they couldn't see my booking details in their system that day due to the power-cut at their end from morning. It maybe a suitable place for local people of Kolkata (staying for a few hours) but not at all a reliable accommodation for outsiders..!!!

Booking was done through goibibo, due to miscommunication between goibibo and oyo, we were denied check in scheduled from 19 to 24 of july. Pathetic service of oyo and goibibo. I recommend all the IHM freshers to never opt for this property.

Very poor experience. The hotel owner denied confirm booked room via oyo app and when we went for check in he said there are no rooms available. OYO customer service also not helpful. Worst experience encountered ever. This OYO room should be totally banned.

Has little distance from main road, But its unbelievable to get OYO near Sakuntala Park. The owner of the Apartment is really nice and co-operative.

I had a late check-in. But I had to cancel the booking as no body opened the door at the property..no door bell also..very bad

Worst... I live in the Oyo locality.. CARETAKER STANDING NUDE ON ROOF AND ASKING FOR MY NUMBER... A hell lot of strict actions were taken by locality people..

The worst oyo in town..extremely unhygenic,rude staff behaviour,no house keeping for 3 days,location not correct and remote location.not clean at all.bedsheets are dirty..not at all recommended

There is rampant smoking in the premises, AC isnt workimg,. Cleanliness needs attention. No go for a single visitor forget about family
