Very dirty room, rude staffs. Denied the rooms which were booked. Charged extra. And even one of the rooms , which was provided was being used by the staffs. They just woke up from the bed and told us to take the room. Even the bedsheets were dirty and were not even changed. Our bookings were for AC rooms and we were being forced to take non AC rooms for that too at additional cost.

Pura bakar hay pahle se pay kar diya tha total amount but fir ve extra amount mangte hay or mera book kiya hua room kisi or ko de ke rakkha tha to hum time pe check in hahe kar paya hume bohat wait karna para or pura bakar ka hotel hay Customer lene k liya oyo app pe price kaam rakhte hay or customer oyo app se booking karke aya to aya extra amount mangte hay or nahe diya to to hotel se nikal dete hay Full Fraud hay photos itna accha diya hua hay but real me kitna ganda hay very bad or behavior bhe bohat bura hay
