OYO Tamanna Stay Near Acropolis Mall

I came Kolkata for some medical treatment. This is my first visit in this property. the room is very clean. The hotel staff is very cordial. over all staff is usually very nice. location is very easy to locate. overall experience with oyo room is very satisfactory. whatever amount I expend for my stay is totally worth.

The overall service was excellent. Room was very tidy and staffs were also polite. Though my trip was for a business purpose, but it's quite a good and affordable option for short holidays. The booking process was also hassle free. OYO would always be my first preference during my next visit to Kolkata.

So here I am with my latest set of reviews about the city of joy, Kolkata. You see the kind of patronage and readership I have enjoyed at TripAdvisor enthralled me to take this newest venture of mine. Stay at different hotels each day, so I could review more. So here's the one about OYO rooms, Santoshpur. Firstly, the locality is entirely residential. Having said that it means that this could be the right choice for family travellers. Locality is decent and safe, and you can also expect a couple of restaurants that might offer you "homely" food. But wasn't of much use to me as I was travelling alone. Room is pretty clean, well-sized with comfortable bed. Should be fine for a couple travelling with one or maybe even two small kids. And yes, it is indeed affordable!

Everything is almost fine. Lighting inside the room could be way better. Location of the room is very good. You have to cross the 'Jora Bridge' towards E.M. Bypass. The hotel will be at your right side. Behavior of the staffs are warm. Overall good experience.

The room was nice and clean, sufficiently big. the home stay located on the road itself so there is no problem of transport. However you have to order food from outside restaurant which is just fine but takes too long.

Highly uncooperative staff. Highly unprofessional. Not recommended at all. They wouldn't offer you any service you're in dire need of. If you still wanna be here, be warned : DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING FROM THE STAFF EXCEPT A CLEAN ROOM. They wouldn't help you with small things like getting a cab, etc. early in the morning. This hotel doesn't even have a printer! :(

Heard a lot about OYO, and really lived upto the hype. The stay was very good, staff very helpful. Very clean and hygienic. The toiletries too was good and room service very good too. ||Thank you OYO. Will surely visit you guys again.

This place almost disgusting to live in. I booked a room here through oyo. At night when I arrived here with my nephew they refused to allow him in. Caretaker is rough and dirty minded. Suggesting dont ever stay here. Better select any other stay.
