Very bad staff behavior They were really rude Room was also very bad And service was really disappointing.

Awesome experience with beautiful background walls. The bed is so comfy its almost like a fur. The mattress was very bouncy we enjoyed a lot. It has good complimentary breakfast as well. Loved the service. Staff too polite n helpful There are food stalls hotels metro nearby. Bus facility also available. Everything is great

In one word.... Fabulous .. The well decorated and furnished rooms accompanied by the friendly warmth and love of the hotel staff just brings it to a whole new level...The rooms were well lit and spacious with various wall painting adding to the glamour of the room. The Bathrooms were very clean...And overall It was just an awesome experience. I would love to visit more.

It was really nice. Wanted to have the contact information of the hotel but wasn't able to get it as was in rush. Neither it's anywhere online. But all and all it was really a good hotel, service and staff was also polite and friendly. Thank you for making our stay happy and enjoyable.

Location of the hotel is good. But rooms are not up to the mark. Wall paints are ripped and falling. Veg food is good but a pricy. No nonveg food. To enter you need outside kolkata Id. You cannot meet your friends inside you room.

I have stayed here more than 5 times and the experience was always so good. Here are the good things about this hotel/oyo 1. Room Size and Ambience 2. Location (Heart of Kolkata) 3. Staffs on the welcome table are frank and cooperating 4. Food Is the most important thing when you stay away from home although you can order from zomato or swiggy yet the food of this hotel itself is quite good. However there are few things that I dont like about this hotel 1. Washes and Soaps Instead of providing those bottles for everyone you guys can provide small packs for each stay 2. If you book room for 3 room mates the mattress needs to called for The pros are well over the cons and I must say this is the best Hotel for me in good price range and I definitely recommend it

Rooms are clean and good...but staff behavior is a big let down ..Everytime u ask it .. be it water or room service ... Always a no ... . The place is ok ..and the location also good but the staff attitude and behaviour with customer is ruining it... Also not to forget their breakfast options ..don't fall for the trap of complementary breakfast..it just included either 2 slices of bread or Puri sabji... Just imagine each person getting two slices of bread and not anything everything else is chargeable after that.
