OYO Prantik Guest House

Hotel is located on busy Jessore road. We were allotted a corner room on 4th floor with view of adjacent Jessore Road from window. Lift is available. The room was spacious and fitted with double bed, AC, celling fan, small TV, wardrobe, chair etc. However, AC was not working, wardrobe had bad smell, bed and bedding were of average standard. In short, the room and fixture & furniture's were tolerably maintained. Geyser was fitted in washroom, however the standard and cleanliness of the washroom was not up to the mark, may be just okayish, and just did the job, Location of the hotel is perfect, on the busy Jessore road and hence public transport is available on hotel's door step. Hotel is also surrounded by nearby cafe and restaurants, Boho the Sky cafe is situated on the top floor of the hotel, star mall is at walking distance. Overall a reasonable option for budget stay at no-frill hotel with certain adjustments.

It was a night stay for my exams. The location is just right beside the highway, so pretty good place. Though it don't have a bus stand nearby, you need to walk for at least 5 minutes. Rooms are spacious, but not very clean. TV's have only 1/2 free channels. Wifi works fine though. Bathroom of my room was in worst condition. Didn't love the stay much..

Room was dirty and very shabby. The fan-regulator wasn't functioning, so wasn't the geyser. The room serves was pathetic for the price. They can really think on improving the quality of the place and services.

Absolutely Below standard hotel 1) Pathetic Interiors 2) Filthy Linen 3) Dirty and unmaintained toilets 4) Unprofessional and rude staff 5) Dilapidated rooms I would declare it to be one of the worst hotels in this region ! Quite fitting that even its OYO license has been revoked. We had a 3 days' stay - considering tall promises by the manager- Alas , we were blunty cheated and our faith was viciously shaken! Had to face a lot of irk from our relatives !

This was the worst hotel provided by oyo rooms. The room was dirty, hair and marks were on the bed sheets. We had booked ac room but the receptionist told us we cann't provide you ac room, so we have to in a non ac room while we have paid for an ac room. The receptionist also told to give him extra Rs.500 in cash to get an ac room. Now coming to the room, the room was very much dirty. There was no mirror in the bathroom. I would love to give 0 stars but it's not available here yet.

If you dont want your stay to be horrible dont stay here. Worst service, worst management, non ac rooms are suffocated. No tv, no wifi. Manager was asked to change the room , he denied once they got full payment. Manager's behaviour was immenssly offensive. They deserve negative rating if it was allowed. Owner should be informed about how these menial people are operating in this hotel.

Such a bad experience. I booked this through oyo, while check-in the manager said although a room has been booked in my name yet there is no availability. On asking when I'll be available, he said "no idea". Few minutes later he says I've to pay more to get a room and that Oyo's low tariff is not profitable! I could see he was stressed but that doesn't excuse the loud voice and the rude behavior. He surely has no sense about how to receive guests or be polite or to run a business for that matter.

Avoid this hotel !! I had faced dirty room as well as bathroom, broken ac, tv remote not working and the most important thing were the staffs. They r totally unprofessional and rude behaving. If u stay there u will definately write a review like me on the next day
