Totaly 3rd class... Very bad service. Very bad experience.. Not safe.... Don't recommended the hotel...

I have booked this OYO as some renovation work was going on in my house. It is just 2 minutes walking distance from my house. I have chosen the option "pay at hotel" for payment. When I visited the property around 3:30pm, I have to call them to open the door and then one lady came and did the same. I was just giving my local id and suddenly she checked the booking in her system and she told me she won't be able to give room as the payable amount is less i.e. 755. They can give hourly basis room on that price and if I want to stay at night then I have to pay 400 rupees more. If that is their charge then they should mention it in OYO. She was just saying " oyo te bola achhe amader". How the customer will know about that? I have booked the property on the basis of price that was shown to me by OYO and the CHECK IN & CHECK OUT time was also clearly mentioned in my booking details. They were just trying to take extra money from the guest. I had option to go back to my home, but if you are booking for night stay or you don't have any option to go nearby then it will be difficult for you to manage. Not recommended at all. Not recommended. Water bottles were not sealed . Bedsheets not changed . Blankets not given . Only one charging point in entire room.
