The best thing about this hotel is it's room's which are big, spacy & airy this newly built OYO have everything for a comfortable stay except for it's location, located in the far corner of the city with barely any public transport and time consuming journey to reach the city. Another worst thing is it's policy of "no guest allowed inside the room" though its not mentioned in OYO page but this ridiculous rule is applicable. No complimentary breakfast provided. But they do provide fridge and induction cooker along with utensils to facilitate cooking. It also has a balcony with a nice view. Located in a nice locality in a calm place outside the city is soothing. After a conversation with the owner I got to know it's mainly built for overnight stay for patients visiting R.N Tagore hospital for treatment. But still it's policy of "No guest allowed" seemed ridiculous and also the location. It's foo far from the main city. Not recommended for tourists. Though it has CCTV camera coverage (no guard) still some begger's managed to reach the room in 2nd floor. No intercom available.

Hotel room is very specius and clean.it has also a kitchen cum sitting area and a bedroom, toilet and balcony.it situated very calm and quiet location from the noisy area of city. I really enjoyed it. Room service is also good. Staff are very friendly

All staff are good room service is ok but one staff is there whose name is viswajeet das room service staff is very good person.
