OYO GOLDEN NEST

The worst hotel ever.....very rude behavior....lack of manner...lack of humanity.... for this hotel & staff for them even 1 star is so much i would rate 0 to be honest...if anyone planning to stay there please don't stay it's mys suggestion...Rest it's depends...

This is one of the worst Hotels I have ever stayed. Zero services and wost cleanliness. Paid 1100 rs per night. They closes their gate at 1030 pm and as a foreigner if you don't have a local sim, you are ducked. You have to stay outside if you can not make a call to reception and ask them to open the gate. I had the same experience. Even though I told them that I am coming within 10 min so please open the gate. I came within 10 min but it was still closed. I waited more than 30 min and then requested a passersby to call on the number. Only after that call they opened the gate. I stayed here only because of its location. The whole hotel is like a dumpster. Full of waste everywhere. Room is full of darts, spider webs. Fan blades are full of darts and grims. They should improve their customer service and Cleanliness. They are just money hungry people. 1 star for its location.

Worst oyo hotel in barasat, Please don't come to this hotel if you love your money, I have stayed in this hotel but the staff behaviour is very bad, The owner of that hotel is worst, Owner name Habibur Tarafder, Skip this hotel and go for any other one, The hotel room is very small and clumsy, 80-90% positive comments are their hotel staffs itself prodyut Monday, Rakes Mondal and Habibur/Habu Tarafder(owner), I had very bad experience.

The room is not clean and the OYO service and Reception staff is also Very very bad..my money was wasted.

Bad behaviour from staff. Oyo rate and hotel rate big difference. Payment completed in Oyo apps but room not available then I personally call from other number staff said room available.What is the matter @oyo? Totally disappointed Oyo.
