If you pay you deserve better. Please make some effort and find something else. Nothing is complementary not a single water bottle. They provide seal broken water bottles in complementary conditions.

Pathetic experience over there. Book only if you want to clean the room your own only.

Amazing place to stay, I live in a deluxe room which had working TV, bathroom the prices are expensive which were between 1000 to 2000 rupees

Worst hotel ever.. the manager and staff needs to learn the basics about hospitality. The attitude and behaviour of the staff was very rude and the rooms was the worst no clean bed sheets, toilets, no room service and the worst leakage of water (room 402). In this hotel I faced and experienced the first ever racist comment of my life from the hotel staff calling me Nepali. They need to have basic knowledge about the diversity of India and states of India..the illiterate staff don't even know about the states of North-east and calling names based on racism. If someone from the new market area gives you a card don't take it if it's hotel ember palace. Based on experience I know after travelling it's hard and frustrating to find a hotel especially in the morning and we are ready to lodge at any hotel but take some time and find some good hotel based on reviews nearby. There are so many hotels around the area. Lastly about check out time it's the worst if you came at 5 in the morning you will be kicked out the next day at around 6..there is no consideration about the check out time also. This hotel has spoiled the image of Kolkata and its people atleast in my eyes. And yeah like someone has said to post this I need to give them one star which they don't deserve. Even after leaving that third class it's frustration is still haunting.

Worst hotel, Worst service, Worst room condition. It's like stay at your own choice. Horrible behaviour. And the tiny lift noise all over the hotel. Bed blankets are dirty, covers as well. Window AC noise is too much, like a generator is running over your head. They have non ac rooms which are better then Ac rooms. But their behaviour and service are not up to any level. No professionalism. Absolutely Disappointing experience.

Very bad experience with me and my mom family bathroom door broke hotel staff behave rude hotel onar not talking good behavior not good because I'm Hindu he Shahys tikawale log he asked aney time for money he charge extra moneyThe worst experience I have had for a hotel in my entire life, please never book this hotel for your stay, no water in this hotel you will have to go to reception everytime to ask for water , even for turning on the AC you will have to go to reception and same for geyser, only good thing about this hotel is the locatoon, else everything is worst, no water no ac no geyser nothing. never have I ever had this bad experience in my entire life

worst experienced in city of joy. They are scammer, they will trap you with unnecessary fault and penalize you. In this month they fined us 300 INR for nothing, and threatened us to not giving our passport. Its an hilarious experience in very first visit to India.
