They are group of member including that lady who runs this SCAM. When you book your room it will show less price when you arrive at hotel they will ask for money. These guys cancel the room and ask you for more money to book another one. Moreover, one lady is fully involved in this SCAM. They will tell you that their is problem in the app or your phone. How can we do changes. Despite showing the details they denied to accept that they are doing fraud. I left the room with my family on the spot. They think they are only smart but I think they are so stupid. Even they don't know how to talk with customers. I mean I never had this kind of bad experience before. Please don't ever go to this hotel because they have no self respect but if you have self respect Never Ever go to this hotel. Worst. I'm not there in India otherwise I would have taken the legal action the way they are operating this SCAM.

It was a pathetic experience staying here at OYO fantasy stay. STAFF BEHAVIOUR: The staff behaviour is really pathetic and they usually indulge into a verbal spat with their customers. The day I checked in along with my parents, they pestered us to get a hard copy of the aadhar card for check-in and were asking out extra money to check in. 4 of the guests left the place just because of the poor behaviour of the hotel staff. The hotel reception girl is the most disrespectful person along with the other staff are very dishonest people. I lost my jacket at the hotel and the staff is not listening to any of our complaints. Along with that they are not able to provide proper room service. ROOM QUALITY: The room quality was pathetic, the toilet gate didn't have the lock itself and the geyser wasn't functioning properly. They have a monopoly in the OYO stating that it's a 5 star stay hotel but in reality the place and the people do not deserve a single star rating.

Avoid this place like the plague. They are scammers. I booked and paid for a room online and when l arrived they said they do not take foreign nationals at their hotel. But if l paid them 2000 rupees extra they would let me stay. I asked for my money back that l paid online for and they refused. They said if l wanted to cancel my booking l would have to pay 2000 extra and then they would help me cancel. All the while all 3 of them were laughing at me. The girl told me if l was not going to stay there l was to get out. So l put my video on her and asked her to repeat that, she dived under the counter and the manager got really aggressive and started shouting at me. These people have lost their humanity and clearly have a contempt for foreigners, they should not be dealing with the public.

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS HOTEL. THEY ARE FRAUD. THEY ARE RUNNING SCAMS. I got booking at low price at OYO app, but when I went there they canceled my booking but they were behaving that there is some issue in app and then they booked another booking in my name in 5 mins with 3 times higher price.. that time I was exhausted so had to book the room and room was pretty low quality.. bedsheets are very dirty..very cheap people they are.. there is one lady receptionist who behaves like innocent.. don't fall in their trap.. there is no 0 rating option to give..else I would give it as 0 star!

It was the worst hotel of my life and first experience through OYO. Until this I only heard that oyo is not good but here I experienced myself. They took 3 times more charge from us and then after so much of fighting they some how changed my booking from there end. oyo them selves are saying that I called them and asked for hotel change. I want oyo to give me the proof where I asked them to change my bookings. Hotel people was full of scam, when I asked them for bill for the extra money they have charged, they said they won't give that. Even there was 2 families fighting at reception due to these scams. They have given fake reviews in oyo app. Kindly never ever book this hotel at all.

At first, I paid my amount through the Oyo app. When we were going to check in they asked my mobile to see the booking ID..that time They cancelled my booking and told me I had paid the partial amount. I didn't get this..after that they told me I had to pay extra 1500 rupees. I was so tired during travelling so I agreed to pay. Still, they didn't tell me they cancelled my 1st booking. when I checked out from the hotel I checked my mail of cancellation. I told them why they cancelled my first booking without any information. but they started arguing over the phone in front of a customer executive..you can listen to the recorded call. They harassed us and gave threat that, "Come to the hotel we will see you"...Oyo didn't help me fix this problem..I am very disappointed with OYO's services.I will make a tweet very soon.

Most horrible experience I have ever had while booking an hotel. Please carefully read the entire review. All the positive reviews are fake. Don't rely on them. When I booked the hotel at OYO, the price was showing 500. Even before entering hotel premises, there was no issue with the price. But when we entered the hotel the receptionist asked us to wait for 30 minutes. Right after 5 minutes of this incident I got few OTPs in my mobile from OYO and when I opened the app, it was showing my booking has been cancelled. I went back to receptionist and she again told me to wait till 12 noon, before that she can't help me out. Suddenly I got another sms which was showing my booking has been confirmed and this time the price is reflecting 1400+. I went back to the receptionist and complained about and she replied that the first booking price is a partial price that is only for OYO and rest of 900 is the hotel price. Now the question is, who cancelled my order and booked a new one with higher price? OYO never show a partial price. When I said that to the lady receptionist, she asked me for my prefferd price. I replied that I will only pay which is genuine. Now what she replied to me made me really shocked. The lady told me to bring my gf then she will provide me the room for 1 hour at 500. This exactly what I have experienced today. I have all the proofs. Now you decide would you still likely to choose this hell???

The hotel had very decent rooms with good facilities.Bathrooms was nice.Food was good with friendly waiters. They take good care of kids with their special food demands. The breakfast is good. Overall the stay was good. I would definitely go back whenever i will get a chance.Staff behaviour: excellent, reception staff is very active, and kitchen staff is very professional. a perfect hotel..
