OYO Comfortable Home - Sakuntala Park

This was the worst night of my life. It's a C grade hotel and a surely not a place for a decent person. Dirty and cheap. even 100 rupees per room is more. they don't change the bedsheets and covers. Women hair everywhere. Toilet was dirty as hell. Blanket had too many dirty stains and smelly. dust bin was not clean. No response from the reception. waited more than one hour for check-in, that too when I reached at 5:30Pm in the evening and booking was from 12:00 pm. called 3 times for packaged drinking water but they didn't supply. I my self went out to buy it. I was in shock and disgust. Booking was made 3 days ago with 100% payment. OYO should be ashamed of such a property.

Good location. Rooms are really good and clean. And spacious. Bathrooms are a bit narrow spaced and dirty. They should look into this matter asap. Apart from that the hotel is good. AC and geyser works well. Behavior at the reception is really good. Overall nice place to stay.

Well, one of the finest Oyo home that I have visited. The room was moderate in size but crisp decoration and cleanliness appealed me the most. The room is provided with all necessary amenities like television and air conditioner. The bathroom was small but was neat and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful.. The rooms are not overpriced and reasonable. The hotel is located near Shakuntala Park, Behala. On the main road. So, one problem you may face is regarding parking of the car as there is no place for parking in the hotel. It is couple friendly where local ids are accepted. I hope you understand what I mean. Bottom line: A very very decent place for staying having all the amenities and cleanliness and hence a perfect place for retreat...

This place is very good. Couple friendly. Nice staff behavior.. No disturbing situations.. Bt sum times choosing a specific room for service can be a issue by the reception management.. Other wise room, TV, AC, water connection all are grate.. Bathrooms may varry about neat & clean.

Pathetic services. Rooms are neither clean nor sanitised. The conditions of the room is also not appropriate. You will get TV but the sound will not be coming out of it. You will get ac but no remote to control the temperature of it. You will get room but without almirah. Electricity is also erratic. Generally it goes off at night time. Bulbs are not glowing. Fused bulbs are fitted into the sockets. Room service generally do not respond to your queries. Wifi is there but at times it loses its connectivity. The receptionist does not know which room is vacant or which room is occupied. He also does not deal with the customers properly. Often talks very rudely. He is usually unavailable at the reception so that one can't report it's query. So experience will be very disappointing despite of the fact that it is an Oyo branded hotel.

Absolutely horrible experience. Staff behavior was really bad! They don't come or help even if you ask them to. The room was dirty especially the washroom. My check out experience was particularly horrible. I will never book this place again. Not worth the price at all! If you can find another place within this price range, go for it.

It's absolutely cheating. I pay the full amount and booked through online before 4 days from check in. At the time of check in receptionist saying they don't accept online payment.. what rubbish is this. Nowhere was mentioned in oyo app that this particular hotel doesn't accept online payment neither I got a single message from the respective hotel nor I got a call before 9 am on the day of check-in.. I had to pay the same room charge to reception that I have already been paid through online 4days back. While asking them about the policy, receptionist said they can't do any help regarding this matter call oyo service. It's absolutely fraudulent. Where people will think online payment has made before check in will make check in more secure but this i was the experience I have ever had. I didn't expect this tyoe of fraudulent from oyo. They didn't even paid my money back.

Nice Room & clean. But the building are under construction.Stafs behavior are very good. No food available on this hotel
