OYO 3623 Hotel South Fern

After booking, I called to let them know I am coming. Despite that, the room was unclean and the bedsheet had stains. It felt as if it was cleaned long back and left like that. Dust had accumulated on the floor. Not good. Just the location happens to be in their favour. And then at 10:30 only, the caretaker was impatient with regards to checkout at 11. Empty hotel no guests. I have stayed at better properties having regular flow of guests. Even they are not that impatient with regards to checkout.

Terrible service, rooms are very smelly and unclean. I will never come to this hotel again. Their employees have absolutely no idea how to talk to guests, they are very unprofessional.

My OG booking has been shifted to this hotel from "OYO Deshpriya Park", thanks to the stupid hotel that accepted my paid booking and then transferred it despite my phone calls to them. I've asked them already if the price given by OYO is okay with them. They accepted the price on phone call, but shifted my booking 2 hours before check-in time. About Fern: Over-priced as rooms weren't clean and maintenance was a fat zero. They haven't changed bedsheets from an eternity, as they gave me rashes. The front desk guy is the one who spoiled it for me, and despite my stay being 5 days long, no proper servicing was provided.

It is located quite near to the central market Gariahat, in south Kolkata.... And could easily be spotted from the map link provided by Oyo. Service was good as usual, breakfast quality was good, though options could be more. Nice rooms..... Clean and well maintained. Good stay overall....

Good budget hotel. Near golpark, Ballygange. 5 min distance from Ballygunge junction station. You can have a pleasure of shopping in gariahat and having fast foods while staying here. Many good restaurants like aminia, koshe kosa, tandoor house etc. are also very nearby to this hotel.

Booking for the first time I was a bit concerned.....but overall had a good time with the service. Location was good.....and so as the hotel. Rooms were good for stay......services were at per value......overall I felt very comfortable with the entire management!

Awesome Rooms With Perfect Facilities. Couple Friendly as Well as family can stay nicely. Nearby you can get cheap price street foods but in hygienic condition. Tea Stalls also nearby. Bus facilities are also there from Gariahat More and golpark.

Excellent experience..... with very good hygiene and and also very punctual about their services...... kolkata is always very special for me.. and if you get such a good oyo service your trip will be memorable for a life time.. so this is a one where i get my journey excellent..
