North Star Hotel, Dum Dum

I had a wonderful experience at North Star Hotel. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, close to key attractions, and offered stunning views. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Amazing services and room structure. Neat and clean always. Being an international traveller, I felt one of the best hotels in India. Food quality is highly hygenic and fresh. Planning to stay next time again.

Our stay was excellent, the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for visiting around the city. I will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Kolkata.

Had a wonderful experience during my stay last week. Behavior and professionalism of the staff is commendable, which of course is monitored and guided personally by the top management. Location of the property is very well connected and the maintenance/cleanliness of the same needs a special mention.

The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Room service is quick and on point. The food is delicious. The room itself is spacious, ac unit and TV are easy to use. Bar and restaurant are available if you don't want room service.

Excellent in all aspects, very homely atmosphere, excellent staff behaviour, safe, well decorated, highly clean starting from reseption all parts of the hotel, centrally located easy to connect with airport -railway & metro. Myself booked 21 rooms for 14 & 15 Jan and a few rooms 13- 17 for me, my relatives & friends, everybody is satisfied with their service not even a single complain. A special thanks to Mr. Dipak Kumar and team for the excellent service.

Self and my wife are extremely happy over the last 7-8 days stay at this hotel. The quality of staff and upkeep of the hotel - rooms etc is awesome. I remember the day 1 while I contacted the manager, Deepak Kumar Chatterjee for understanding the room booking process and the kind of clarity, proactively explaining the nitty gritty of the hotel including commercial so neatly and vividly, I was impressed as I thought how would this hotel be as I had very bad experience during our stay in another hotel a month back around this area. The care, cleanliness, conduct, conversations and quality - meal & stay was just excellent and unmatched. The quality is , rather to say, is better than quality of 5 star hotel in Kolkata - talking about of quality - not size... We thank the team and owner of this hotel to make our stay happy and wish the owner opens up such quality hotels in and around Kolkata depending on the feasibility and make stay of people visiting my state West Bengal such homely feeling.
