Friendly Staff behaviour, room was very clean and value for money. The location is very good and there are many good restaurants nearby.

This is fraud hotel. The pics,the ratings, the amenities everything is fraud, don't get trapped. They have listed themselves on all major booking sites. Once you book, your confirmation mail will not have any number to connect you with property. When I reached the hotel after booking via Agoda, the guest house outrightly denied any book despite me showing them the booking mail .

Guest house is very nice , safe and secure for couples.

Location: 30 m from mukundapur bus stand. 1 km from RN Tagore hospital. Food : many hotel available within 500m. Accomodation: clean. Hygienic, room size look like 8x8 or 8x10. Good for two person. Bathroom: clean & hygienic. Behaviour: good, helpful Room service: good but it's could be better. NOT COUPLE FRIENDLY

Extremely poor room. Full of mosquitoes. When we asked them to spray something , they said - ' Don't worry, they won't bite ' :). They didn't even take the plastic of the matress out. The bed sheet, pillow cover were very unclean. Never book this oyo

Not a good experience. Room was good, thats why the extra 1 star. But they are charging extra for everything. I was asked 100rs extra for sanitization purpose, somehow I avoided it, by calling oyo customer care for 15min. Towel=100 Bedsheet=500 Pillow cover=200 Water is also chargable there.

This hotel value for money. The location is great because all the major hospitals comes under walkable distance... Many guest house are available in this location but they are not so clean... If anybody reach here for treatment so they can try it...

A good place to put up for a day or a two. But they should do something for the mosquito issue the lift as well as the rooms. They should try and include complimentary breakfast with the stay as many other OYO Guest Houses do in Kolkata.
