The room were not same as shown in the app. I checked out early and logged complaint as well but didn't get any solution. The condition of the room were pathetic, smells very bad. The drain pipe of the washroom basin were leaking.

Worst ever hotel stay experience. The receptionist and the manager is very rude and impolite. Rooms are in so pathetic condition that you will definitely fall sick. There's is fungus and dust all around the room, mattress is torned and it also looks that walls have not been painted since a decade . Moreover no drinking water is provided. It will be my sincere advice not to consider MOTISARAI hotel even as your last option .

Hotel quality is worse and they overbook and shift the customers to other hotels for a commission like a broker. Oyo should check the quality of the rooms before posting on thier website.

Room condition was worst, very bad experience, jetspray was not working, pillows were dirty, bed was torn, curtains were torn. Please do not book it.

Not up to the mark.... You will find cockroach in room.. Rooms are also not well maintained. Only Thier Delux room is a bit well maintained...

I recently booked a room at OYO Hotel, but upon arrival, I encountered discrepancies in the pricing. Despite the amount shown online, I was informed of a higher price upon check-in. The staff's response was dismissive, leaving me feeling unwelcome and frustrated, especially considering it was late at night. I advise caution when booking with this establishment, as my experience was far from satisfactory

Room is very small. Very bad experience

the maintenance is very bad. I stayed there with my family for 2 nights and the bed sheets were not at all clean, it had hair. we could also find cockroaches in our room. The AC , fan, bathroom were perfectly fine . there is also a common dining area with a kitchen where you can clean your utensils and get free water from the aquaguard. but the maintenance needs to be better. it's budget friendly also and is situated on the main road with lots of markets nearby
