I stayed sometime back at Moon Guest House on Zakaria Street, Kolkata, and had a decent experience. The location is ideal for shopping enthusiasts, with a plethora of options for garments, gems, household goods, imported goods, and novelty gift items within the vicinity. Foodies will also delight in the nearby Mughlai and continental dining options. The rooms at Moon Guest House are neat and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. However, the staff could improve their hospitality skills - while they were somewhat friendly, their service was not exceptional. Overall, my experience at Moon Guest House was good, but not outstanding. The guest house meets the basic requirements of a comfortable stay but lacks a personal touch. The bed was too dirty and also had some bugs. There was no privacy. Please don't go

Weast of money. Very bad experience, rooms are not clean and beds are full of bugs and room service was also not good . totally dissapointed.

One of the worst guesthouse ever, ruined our stay in Kolkata. The beds were infested with bugs, we reported this to the management and their answer was, it is us travellers bringing them and need to cope with it. Paid 2700 for the room for which we had a sleepless night. The receptionist were the most hostile guys. Would not recommended this guesthouse to anyone.

Guest house with minimum price and minimum facilities
