most dirtiest room I've ever seen in my life, they charged me 999 for this room cleaning,size,wall colour reminded you -you are in kothaa instead of hotel room

The rooms are good, but they really need to clean the washrooms and provide clean sheets nd towels.. the management is amazing, they were really well behaved nd helpful.

The new manager and the new staff of this flagship are the worst. Their behavior with customers is rude. Personally I recommend the neighbour flagship DOWNTOWN INN just near to this.

Five stars wont justify the warmth i felt and the care i recieved as i fell sick during my stay at the hotel. the manger joy dada is one of the kindest people ive met. thank you saffron inn.

Rooms are good and price is low. Service is very good, all staffs are very polite. Location also is a good place.
