LBD RESORTS & HOTELS KOLKATA

This is a wonderful resort located in the heart of the city. I was here to try the special thali for Poila Boishak. The food was excellent and they had over 18 items in the thali. I had a great time and loved the authentic taste, warm hospitality and efficient service.

Very nice hotel. Homely feeling like you are living in your own flat. Food is very good. This is one of the very decent and neat hotel in Kolkata. Most of the hotels in Kolkata are very bad even if they are rated as 3 star or 5 stars

We had a wonderful wonderful experience while staying here. Peaceful location,nice view, very neat and clean ambience. Excellent room's. Very good fooding experience, especially the breakfast, it was light and refreshing. All in all value for money. One more thing....very nice and helpful staff members. Thanks for a wonderful experience....will be back soon

Rude front desk staff on arrival, had a argument with manager regarding lapse in services. Hot water supply was erratic in our two BHK pool side apartment and we had to manage with buckets of warm water they provided with some mercy . WiFi didn't work well at all. Bed linens were not changed a single day during our six days stay. Worst part was unacceptable behavior and comments from the manager the day before our check out.

The Property is really nice we have stayed there twice but this time it was disheartening to see that their onsite prices were double from what they showed on booking platforms. We had entrusted them for better rates as we just reached the property keeping rooms on hold but not booking online as the person there said he will give better rtes but later when we checked they were double from online. DO BOOK ONLY ONLINE. THE PROPERTY IS WORTH STAYING.

Reception staff arogant n delay the process of check out .taxi service very poor to the location. Inside ambience is good , food is good . Staff is not friendly n young .old and mid age people are staff . They need to provide thier own vehicle in case of emergency.

Excellent service. Staff very helpful and polite. Has all the amenities of a proper resort like swimming pool , restaurant, room service etc. Coming to the room the studio apartment is very cozy and gives a home like feeling though spacious enough. Food is quite good. Best part - within kolkata, absolutely in the heart of the city yet very peaceful.

LBD Resort offers One BHK flats in a pretty decent location, surrounded by residential neighborhoods. It's peaceful here, away from the city buzz, but there isn't a big market close by.
