KINGS CROWN-VIP Road

Please remove the name "Hotel" It's a 3rd grade motel road side " lodge" . I spoke to Das Babu for Banquet Bookings and after finalising the menu and rates they starts playing. After all hurdle somehow we went there to pay advance and they told me that Cook health is not well so they can not confirm my booking. ( Even event is 15 days later)..What kind of person they are ..R they owner or they r thieves of the hotel ..SHAME SHAME SHAME...FOR ENITE KING'S CROWN.. MANAGEMENT.

One of the third class hotels. The ACs don't work. Room service is pathetic and they insult while talking. They are used to their pathetic service. So even if you tell them . They will just laugh and say I am not concerned . That are not concerned for guest. Once you do the payment. You are done. They won't care for anything once the payment is completed. Pathetic service

Please don't consider this hotel (Actually worse then a 1 star Guest House). Pathetic service & room quality. I have stayed in their so defined Suite Room, but it is worse than any local guest house with no Geyser, Dinner, Laundary & Complimentary Poori Bhaji in breakfast. Tariff of same was charged as of Regular Suites.

I have been staying here in Kings Crown VIP road branch. Very nice service, very spacious room, reasonable prices, good food quality. Staff is Excellent. Both the day and night receptionists are very good at their job and professional. Great experience!

Perfect location. Well organised and well presented hotel. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Service was great, restaurant and bar at the street is always a great experience. A great place to stay and be safe and comfortable. Just can't beat the location though.Luxurious facility, spacious room and excellent services made my stay relaxed and enjoyable. Breakfast buffet has wide variety of dishes(continental,southindian,indian), so that consecutive stay won't be a problem.

The rooms of this hotel looks a bit shady, and smelly too. The AC was very noisy and creeky. Or maybe the rooms we were provided was like so, i don't know. They may have other rooms with good facilities I guess. The staffs are a bit careless. They forgot to add food amount to the bill and called us afterwards to provide the same. Since we noticed they haven't added it, I completed the payment. But, a good thing about this hotel is their food. The food is absolutely delicious.

First of all the room what was provided to us was very small and dirty, washroom was not cleaned properly, they provided dirty towel and a very dirty blanket to use. At the time of extending our stay we requested to change our room but they didn't reply. Room service was not bad, but they charged 1300/ extra for the tiny mark of sabji on their bed sheet which was not a new bed sheet atall. One star for the bitter experience. But location was good.

Kings Crwon Hotel Is Located at VIP Road near by Airport.This is one of the best Hotel in Kolkata which has all types of Amenities. I stay and feel like Homely an Environment. Staff are well Manner they dont except Tips service is awesome room was neat and clean bathroom was hygenic. It was awesome experience. I ordered food . Food is very yummy well warping in foil and good presentation. You will get veg and Nonveg food quality is awesome.Room interiors is feeling like energetic. Gyser is okay.I personally recomande to all of you if you come to kolkata kindly visit this place..
