Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata

It was a good and pleasant stay. Room was very neat. All the services offered are really good. One side of the rooms does not have any balconies, other side has the balcony views. I had chosen complimentary breakfast and dinner which was very good. It had most of the varieties. One suggestion is to have fruits in dinner menu instead of lot of desserts.

Amazing hotel, clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful. Loved my stay! Very close to the US visa consulate, just a 2 min walk, so that was great too. Breakfast spread is also excellent. Location of the hotel is also very good and it's close to lots of tourist attractions and good restaurants.

The hotel is in a central location, the rooms were clean and quiet, the staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. As someone who doesn't like spicy food, the food and breakfast I ate were sufficient and very, very delicious. I definitely recommend it to those who want to come.

I really enjoyed 15 days stay in Kenilworth hotel. The hotel and rooms were really clean, and it smelled good all the time.. breakfast was enjoyable.. kids loved food, House keeping staff and hotel staff are very well behaved always greeted us with a big smile.. i would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I stayed for 7 nights and received a 5 star service from every department - the staff were the warmest and most welcoming people I met during my holiday, food was tasty beyond measure and the location was perfect. Everyone exceeded all my expectations and swiftly catered to my timetable and requirements. ||Ranking the contributions of the staff who influenced my trip will do them a disservice so I'm ranking everybody number 1 - A HUGE HUGE thank you to: ||1. Mr Murari Mandal - what a gentleman. Drives the hotel taxi and taught me everything about Kolkata - provided a detailed introduction to the city, things to do, places of cultural significance, tourist attractions to consider, food, etc. Bear in mind that I landed knowing nothing. If you need a kind and knowledgeable driver, he's your man! |1. Mr Surajit Ghosh - If you don't talk to this man you are missing out. He may look quiet but he's a gent who knows a lot about Kolkata. I tried many of his food suggestions and was never disappointed. |1. Mukesh - room service is a department that can make or break a holiday experience. Mukesh's efficiency left no space for problems to arise. His work was diligent beyond measure.|1. Mr Kevin, Miss Priyashree, Mr Alam - extremely quick to provide suitable suggestions and solutions for anything - hotel-related, navigating the city, local delicacies, markets, or otherwise. Their ability to solve problems knew no limits.|1. Mr Anghshuman - ran a great team and service. The breakfast buffets were ridiculously tasty. The Indian menu was second to none and the European selection reminded me of home (I'm from London). |1. Anisha and her team - always found a way to ensure the best customer experience in the spa and salon. I spoke to other guests who said the same.|1. Surela - Look no further if you want to relax or loosen knots via a massage (Thai massage, deep tissue, reflexology, everything!). I had 8 treatments within 7 days, that should say it all.

I stayed at Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata, for 15 days, and it truly felt like home. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, attentive, and generous, making my experience memorable beyond words. Very rewarding experience. Comfortable room. Wonderful breakfast. Over all great service. Very genial stuff. Each staff is concerned about the well being of the guest. I shall return and recommend others. Nice lawn. Easy check in and check out. Comfortable lobby.
