The property location is misleading. Location as shown on the map is fraudulent. This property doesn't exist at the location as seen on the map. I have booked a room for 2 and upon reaching the destination, didn't find the property. When i called the contact provided, the person informed me that the actual location is almost 10 km away from the shown location on maps. This caused me huge trouble and upon asking for a cancellation and refund the Goibibo helpline personnel denied for any assistance regarding cancellation/ refund. The information regarding location of the property is misleading and caused me financial damages as well as inconvenience. It's totally unacceptable from goibibo that they have listed a property and have not done a proper check. I would like to escalate the complaint and some proper actions from your end so that someone else do not face the same trouble as i have to face. Thanks
