Very very bad service.very rude staff. Always demand extra money.I have visited hotel for staying only for one day but the demands money for one and half day.No GST bill only dealing with cash

I'm writing to share feedback on behalf of my close relative who recently stayed at Innra Guest House. Although I personally haven't stayed there, I had the opportunity to drop her off for a midnight check-in. During her two-night stay, she, being a solo traveler, felt completely secure. The ambiance of the guest house is excellent, providing a clean, neat, and hygienic accommodation. Its central location in the heart of the city adds to its appeal. The staff's behavior was notably cooperative and caring, complemented by their excellent services. Prime location. Pocket friendly Located in a prominant are in the heart of kolkata... Walking distance from Sealdah station and SEALDAH METRO. Though auto bus option are limited as most of the road is one way. Hotel run by Anjali Group. Very basic and limited amenities provided by them. Cleaniness is a issue specially the bed linen blanket they should change immediately. They dont have resturant facilites only tea/ coffe provided by them. They allow outside foods.May restaurants..small food outlets are nearby Inspite of having issues this hotel is still better than other same range hotel. Its mainly a Family and Business trip hotel.. Not like hourly OYO HOTEL .

Staff behaviour is so good.

Due to location of this hotel you can experience vehicle noise all the time. Bathroom was very tiny with faulty shower. Room was clean but blanket was not. Staffs were polite but very irresponsible at the same time. As per transportation the location is great. No food available at the hotel. So if food required at room you have to ask hotel staff to bring it from outside of the hotel. Tariff is moderate but if you take standard of hotel into account then it seemed high comparing to others.
