While the Howard Johnson Hotel in Kolkata offered a decent stay with all the basic amenities, what truly made my visit memorable was the outstanding service provided by Sayantika.||From the moment I arrived, Sayantika stood out for her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. She was not only helpful with the check-in process but remained consistently attentive throughout my stay. Stayed here for two days. The best thing I liked about this was the service and the staffs. They were really nice. Atleast didn't get judged looks as we got from other hotels. The room service was pretty quick. Overall besides the location this hotel is actually a notch stay. Was assisted by Ms shayantika who was actually nice to us. Concluding that if you want a peaceful stay please go for this.. Edited- totally forgot to mention about the breakfast it was delicious.

I recently stayed at Howard Johnson, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. I recently stayed at your hotel for the second time and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The room condition was similar to my previous stay - while it was clean, the old furniture and fixtures couldn't be improved by housekeeping. The laminate on the furniture was worn off, and the corridor carpet was damaged.||I requested a late checkout, but the front office staff, particularly a small lady, was unhelpful and denied my request despite the hotel not being busy. I felt she could benefit from training on customer service.||On a positive note, the breakfast was good. However, the omelets were not cooked properly, which was consistent with my previous stay.||Sneha from the front office and Debraj from housekeeping provided good service. Despite this, I won't be staying at your hotel again due to the overall condition and service.||Best regards,|Ishan

The stay was excellent. My premium room was upgraded to suite without any extra cost.I recommend the property to others also who want to stay near airport. The restaurant is also good. Very close to Good eateries like Aminia , Arsalan etc. Nice experience.

Stayed here for 3 days.Rooms compact but clean, Good service, good tasty foods. Their staff esp - Sayanatika was very courteous. Over a good stay . |Road to the hotel was bit congested, bit difficult to locate. Over all good experience. Good hotel in budget.
