Pros: Staff try their best to be helpful, feels secure, peaceful safe area with not too much traffic/noise, very comfortable beds, ideal if you are attending an event nearby at Eastern Metropolitan Club, wifi fine, kettle provided but no teabags except with breakfast, price reasonable. ||Cons: Breakfast is very basic, rooms not really deep-cleaned as much as they need (grime/dust in many corners), only drinking water is from communal dispensers that are not tamper-proof (no sealed bottles in rooms). They don't have a recommended local taxi driver but will call you an Uber/Ola if one is available. No lift but they were really good at helping with our suitcases.||||Nearby restaurant is good for nice and reasonably-priced meals.||||We arrived from a very early morning flight to check in about 4am. Staff were on site and sorted us out with no fuss at the time, which was appreciated. We then hoped to get about 7 hours' unbroken sleep but sadly we were visited a few hours later with breakfast, and then called on the very loud room phone mid-morning to discuss the bill, so didn't get as much rest as hoped! Housekeeping was a bit erratic - they called the first day when we'd only been in the room a few hours, didn't call the second day, and came the third day when we'd left a "please make up room" sign on the door. It meant our breakfast remains sat around the room for about 48 hours. The reception area is actually the corner of a car parking garage.||||Overall, it was fine for our needs but a few tweaks would make it better.

Rooms provided were good and nicely decorated, service was up to the mark and the property was couple friendly as well. Breakfast was served in time and the whole stay experience was smooth and hassle free. Satisfied with the stay.

The hotel was a premium one and the tariff was quite economical. The service was as usual quite satisfactory, and staffs were helpful and it was centrally located. Breakfast was good and wifi was working fine. Will surely book again.

After checking out from the service apartment in Bhawanipore...i checked into the premium property hotel green leaf near Ruby hospital ....amazing quality of rooms at a lesser price than their walk in gueats and service was also decent. Breakfast had quite a few options.

Nice people, clean 3star type rooms, though little compact, but very cosy. Sleep quality is excellent provided you keep the windows and washroom doors properly closed or mosquitoes may disturb you.

The hotel is located near santoshpur and is one of the prime locations of Kolkata . The rooms are very clean nd the staffs are very polite and well behaved... The hotel is having wifi connectivity and both ac and non ac rooms are available.

Booked upon my first arrival in Kolkata....through Oyo app, got at a very affordable rate. Service was very good, staff was very polite.....breakfast and wifi was also included in that package which was a good deal

The hotel is economically well...maintained well .. managed well... centrally located. The check in and check out procedure was also hassle free and breakfast was also good .. I m looking for more services with oyo.thank you
