Please don't stay at this hotel if you are traveling for business. Find a better hotel nearby. Rooms are small and bathroom is ordinary. Hotel gives the felling of staying in a 500 Rupees budget hotel nearby any bus stand/railway station. Cleanliness is out of the question. Restaurant is missing since they have the entire restaurant area for Dance Bar which is their main source of income. I repeat please avoid staying there unless it is the last option.

The hotel rooms were in a very bad condition. The TV was not working and the mini fridge was not working too the rooms are very dirty. The bathroom drainage system was bad too. If u ask staffs to repair TV and fridge they will not listen soon and if they come the can't repair it and say it is not recharged but in reality it is broken and can't be fixed. There is a fan and a window AC. The rooms were expensive but the facilities were so bad. Some lights were not working. If you want to go there think twice.

Terrible Experience - Do Not Stay Here My stay at Hotel VIP International was awful. The rooms were dirty, smelled bad, and had cockroaches. The furniture was broken, the walls were stained, and the air conditioner barely worked. The staff were rude and didn't care about helping guests. Even for basic things like clean towels or drinking water, I had to ask multiple times, and it still took hours to get them. The breakfast was terrible--stale bread, cold food, and bad tea. The dining area was dirty, with flies everywhere. The hotel is also very noisy, and the management didn't care about any complaints. For the money they charge, this place is a complete rip-off. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Stay somewhere else!

This hotel staff is scammer, few days ago I booked this hotel in agoda but as I am doing late checkout so I decided to call once hotel and ask for help, from other end call picked up there staff sahu, he is so much cunning man he told me sir if you booked offline then only we allow late checkout and we also provide super delux room in just Rs2500. I agree on it then he told me to pay full 2500 to confirm booking, I told them then no I only pay 50% of it, then he agree and send me there bank account details I paid 1250 after cofirming from him, then he send me a screenshot of message in which mention that failed to process the booking. Please try again and ask for me to pay again 1270 as 1250 + 20 reservation charge, then only my booking will be confirm online otherwise not and also told me that 1250 which I pay initially will be refund in 5 minutes once I paid 1270, I told them I will pay 20 more adjust it and confirm the booking then he told no sir it will not adjust, then I told them refund my 1250, then he again told that no sir this will not refund it refund only when you pay 1270. Be aware with this hotel staff specially sahu

It is a pretty old building. Rooms are not ventilated and no windows also. The window ac in my room was not working and the fan was also making a lot of noise. Only soap and a towel were provided. No other toiletries. No hot water at night. Safety locker was also not functional.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet basic expectations, and I would like to highlight the issues I encountered: 1. Dirty Washroom - The washroom was in an unacceptable condition, with visible stains and lack of cleanliness. 2. Broken Platform - The platform in the washroom was broken and posed a safety hazard. 3. Unhygienic Bedsheets - The bedsheets provided were dirty, with noticeable stains and an unpleasant odor. 4. Faulty Fridge - The fridge in the room was in poor condition and did not function properly, making it difficult to store food or drinks. 5. No Interphone Communication - There was no intercom in the room, making it inconvenient to reach the front desk or request services. 6. Damaged Walls and Ceiling - The room had damaged walls and roof, giving an overall neglected and rundown appearance. 7. Inconvenient Service - Any time I needed something, I had to go down to the reception in person, which was not only inconvenient but also time-consuming. 8. Noise Disturbance - There was a constant disturbance from the neighboring rooms, affecting my ability to rest or concentrate.

I am amazed to see how this hotel is getting 4.1 rating. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The property was very, very dirty, and the level of cleanliness was shockingly poor. The rooms were in a deplorable state, poorly managed, and lacked even basic maintenance. It's unbelievable how such a property could be listed under a reputed platform like Goibibo, makemytrips etc. Clearly, no inspection or quality checks were conducted before listing this hotel. This experience has completely shattered my trust in online sites, and I will think twice before using their services again. Absolutely unacceptable and not recommended to anyone.

It was a very bad experience , not a good room and hygiene is almost in ICU. I came from long way so I was too tried and couldn't find other hotels. I stayed here for a one night and the one night spend like hundred night. Tv is not working, and bathroom water system is not good and unclean. There hasn't slippers in bathroom. It's my fault to take a decision to stay at this hotel. Before booking a room in this hotel, read their review.
