I recently stayed at Victerrace from February 27 to March 5, and I am extremely disappointed with the maintenance and service provided during my stay. Despite raising multiple complaints, most of the issues in my room remained unresolved. The problems I encountered included: Telephone not working (fixed only after repeated complaints) TV not functioning properly( only Tv channel resumed and image are shaking) Two-way switch not working Fan regulator broken Even after informing the hotel staff, these issues were not addressed, showing a lack of concern for guest comfort. This negatively impacted my overall experience, and I expected much better service from a reputed establishment like yours

Service is very poor, have to ask for fresh towels, fresh water, tumblers every single day. After asking for plates and cutlery, food gets cold but service does not arrive on time. Warm water runs out fast, bear that in mind in winter.

Don't go to this hotel. Extremely overpriced for small shabby rooms. Location is good. Manager doesn't know how to behave with customer. Wrost management. Highly unrecommended.

Good hotels in camec street area staffs behaviour very good.

I had booked a room (standard), very narrow room which had hardly place to keep oneself. While entering observed washroom lights were not functioning Notified the staff and they assured to get it done with minutes. I was assured and handed over my keys to them as I was going for stroll at Burra bazar. After returning from 4 hrs of strall in kolkata I found out the lights were still not restored. On approaching the desk they said to change the room and ask to pay for additional charges for those room(why one should?) On asking questions the desk staff started arguing with me and raised their voices which lead to me raising. The drama continued and they did not provided me number of manager which I demanded to talk to. After sometimes another gentlemen asked to provide me another room which was ok. And settled everything. Solo Travellers like us who only need room to just lay by and leave early morning (I left at 5:20 am) deserve such treatment? From so called good labeled hotel? If concern staff is reading this review, kindly look into these issues for improving their services.

I'm going this hotel for Company meeting purpuse.check in 5.1.2024 any Company person please don't go that hotel most 3rd class wrost Staff and hotel manager behavior very rude. This is not a good atmosphere hote bar and disco whole night disturbing me and other people also. I'm booking super deluxe room but provide one normal room. Cheating baj hotel I suggest please don't go thanku
