It's a great time I had there all the staffs r good very cooperative and well mannered.

One of the worst experiences ever I had in the hotel. In the reception Mr Raj is so rude & arrogant. He doesn't know how to behave with the guest also the way he talk is so unprofessional. The hotel is in a very nice location & rooms are also good. Food Menu is very budget friendly. But this kind of behaviour I will never visit this hotel. Very unprofessional behaviour Mr Raj has.

Perfect location Rooms are not good Infact best Service are always best. All staffs are well dressed and well behaved

I was able to get a double room for a very reasonable price. The hotel also offers a variety of discounts, so you can save even more money on your stay.

With limited options in the vicinity, this hotel has minimal things to offer at a reasonably high cost. Had taken a single bed room for an emergency visit. At a cost of Rs.1500/- The rooms are small, very small, smelly and without any other basic facilities. The single elevator is till the 4th floor and above that have to take the stairs. Food quality is below average. However the staff members are well behaved and try their best to provide the minimal services they could offer.

Even after informing and confirming with them before booking for early checkin, the guy at reception was rude and egoistic when we arrived. Inspite of room available he wanted to create hassle asked us to wait. They do t know anything about hospitality. When i tried complaining to another folks at reception during the day they didnt want to listen to feedback and started bashing MakeMyTrip instead that what kind of customers book from MakeMyTrip and MakeMyTrip dont give them much business , just give them 1-2 booking in a year and their customer have complaints.

Rooms are great for the amount you pay and the locality you stay in. Maybe a bit small but comfortable for two persons staying together. Has a restaurant attached which serves good food at a reasonable price. Lot of good eating options nearby

"The receptionist, Mr. Atish, unfortunately displayed extremely unprofessional behavior. Despite our request for a wake-up call at 7:10 AM due to an early flight, he refused. Additionally, when we asked him to settle our remaining balance the night before, he insisted on handling the transaction only in the morning. His actions were both unhelpful and frustrating."
