Hotel The Sojourn

I stayed in this hotel for five nights, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel is well-maintained, and the rooms are neat and clean. The room view was amazing, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, I was a little disappointed with the breakfast as it was the same every day, Additionally, one of the managers was not professional, which was a downside. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff, waiters, and especially the security guard were excellent--very professional, polite, and always ready to assist. Their dedication made my stay more comfortable. Overall, it's a nice place to stay, and with improvements in breakfast options and management,

The Sojourn is a filthy little shack they pass off as a hotel. The room I have been given is dirty, the sheets smell, and the AC is noisy. The WiFi turns off after midnight or so. Its location is a redeeming factor. The proximity to a hospital next door is somewhat reassuring.

The worst hotel. Don't opt to go for lunch or dinner. I was stunned when the service provider asked to sit outside in the lobby if I am not placing any further orders. This was after we had our food and was waiting for the next course to order. Simply avoid visiting with family or friends at any cost.

Recently stayed here for a night. Location is just opposite to Gate 3A of salt lake stadium. I reached airport very late (11:30pm) and called them to check if they are still open. To my surprise Mr Ayan picked up my phone and responded promptly. It is very close to airport (less than 30min). I was given an Executive room on 4th floor overlooking the main road and Stadium. Room size was ok, but clean. Attached bathroom was clean too. Overall, it was a comfortable short stay. They have in house restaurant, which serves Indian and Continental food, however, I didnt try any food. Looking at the menu, it felt slightly on higher side. Even the room price is on higher side.

Just entered the hotel ~ the room rate beinf 5000 INR and it turned ourt worse than Oyo rooms. Interiors are way too gaudy, the lift stinked so bad. We checked out almost immediately. The manager said the rooms will be different than those shown in the pictures and alao argued that it is not his responsobility that the lift stinked. Absolutely disappointed.

Pritam Roy and Sujata Das at reception exactly knows how to communicate with guests. Location of hotel is very convenient for someone who wants to visit Salt Lake Stadium. Room 602 was neat and clean with stadium view. I will visit again if in this side of Kolkata

I visited the place for lunch around 2 pm, the restaurant was almost empty, only one group (4 people) sitting except us . The service is very slow they take more than 40 minutes to serve the food. The quality and taste of Food is average . The decor of the restaurant is outdated.

Recently we visited this hotel for our dinner around 25, pax We are overwhelming for their hospitality, quality & taste of food are delicious and mouthwatering. Over and above all the staffs served good under the supervision of manager always with s delighted smile when it was around 1.30 am at night on yesterday. We arr really sincerely thankful to all of them.
