My stay at SOOT was exceptional! The room was beautifully appointed, with stunning views of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The SWIMMING POOL & BAR Services were top-notch, Pool Attendant Mr, Bimal Dahal was excellent who has maintaining the pool water clean and very helpful the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to major attractions. The only minor issue was that the wifi connection was a little slow during peak hours. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable experience

We recently stayed at Hotel Soot with guests for my sister's wedding, and I can't recommend it enough! The food was absolutely delicious and enjoyed by all our guests. The stay was comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. A special mention to George, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay - he along with his team members made sure everything was perfect and took care of every detail. Overall, our experience at Hotel Soot was fantastic. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience!

It's a very property with great amenities . Very good rooms, roof top restaurant, swimming pool at room top. Good restaurant at the reception. All together it's a good experience. I really enjoyed the buffet dinner on the roof top. Very near to the airport . The staff are very polite and give a very good service.

Recently got an opportunity to stay and attend a wedding at Soot by O2. I must say I am really impressed by the staff of the hotel and the aesthetic nature if the rooms and the property. First things first, the reception desk is really helpful and available 24*7, the rooms are really spacious and clean with a very modern design. They have a fantastic pool bar at the top of the hotel with a full view of the airport and they hit the mark with the food as well. All in all it is a great airport hotel for anybody looking to stay for either business or leisure purposes and I will surely recommend it all my peers. Unfortunately i didn't get a chance to click pictures of the property else would have shared. Cheers!

Location is near by airport only nice and luxurious hotel and service also Comfortable for family couple both. We visited here with baby they provided good service to us specially for baby with food and all .. overall very good hotel and service.. must visit this hotel if u are in airport Area Kaushik Roy .. thank you for good hospitality service

Dear Friends , I have a fantastic experiance of staying at this hotel . I very much liked three things about this hotel : 1. Hospitality by staff . Especially , Ms. Moumita : extremely genuine care taker , 2. Room space and cleanliness. 3. Food menu as well as delicious taste of food for breakfast and dinner along with extremely prompt and polite service. I would like to also highlight excellent and highly courteous services offered by the restaurant staff during the morning breakfast . I would like to nominate Ms. Ankita in this activity for excellence in understanding the expectations of guest and for prompt as well as genuinely polite response to same . Last but not the least , I am quite sad to see the closure , though temporary , of the Roof Top Bar !!! But on the positive note , the management expects to Kick start the same very soon !

Visited this hotel 4 days ago, and it was an amazing experience. The environment is outstanding, offering a peaceful and comfortable stay .the rooftop is absolutely stunning, providing breathtaking views.
