The receptionist displayed extremely unprofessional behavior, wasting an hour of our time due to miscommunication during the check-in process. He was rude and lacked basic customer service etiquette. OYO must address such issues with their properties, as these experiences tarnish the overall customer experience and seem to be occurring far too frequently.

Takes fraud low cost bookings from Oyo, and then when you come to check in they deny availability of rooms. Then force you to take a double expensive room.. Also the staff is very rude
