Hotel Sheldon International

The rooms are smaller than you are shown in the picture. The standard ones are rather cramped, and if it's not city facing, it's facing the neighbouring homes and they are facing you. Service is topsy turvy. One of the receptionist was warm and friendly, but a gentleman who came later was quite gruff- the kind that makes you feel unwelcome instantly. The staff ushered in to our room, but didn't demonstrate the room's facilities by themselves. Location wise it pretty good. Right near Uttar Panchannagaram bus stand.

No cleanliness , smoke smell was coming when we entered the room, bathroom was untidy and water was leaking from the taps.The manager tried to charge 700rs for the bedsheet for a small stain saying the bedsheet was a new one but in reality it was a very old bedsheet and had a big hole in it. They were claiming to be 3-star hotel but very bad management and maintenance.

Very bad hotel and never Cleaning staff on checkout I'm seen Condom in Dustbin and Sheet very bad, Washroom Condition very poor.

It was very good hotel ideally situated at highway with easy access. All staff smiling always and very co-operative. We were 11 persons all sr. Citizens, had arrived quite early and they checked us in and gave 2-3 rooms immediately even though check in time was quite late. Food was very yummy.

Hotel Sheldon International is situated in EM Bye pass near 25, Panchaanna gram at Kolkata. I have never stayed here so rooms and services provided by the hotel are not known.

Worst experience ..they dont have anything to provide whatever you ask for...and people are rude abit...waste of money to be honest..in that price range u will get amazing hotels...so i won't recommend it

The rooms and everything are up to the mark. The food is really good. What is really appreciating is their service, if you feel any issues, they will assist you. The day I stayed, there was whole day power outage, and the generator went off. So they took care and shifted me to a complete new hotel.

The best thing I like is the location, making connectivity to Airport n SaltLake very convenient. The cleanliness and maintenance makes it look new property everytime I stayed there past 3 years. They have attached Bar cum Restaurant serving Alcohol n amazing food choice served in the room as well. The staffs are well mannered and always ready to help. The price is moderately worthy of the service. Rooms are not too big but well equipped and working condition, I personally never faced any issues. Although it is located on the bypass main road however you would not find any disturbance within and around the property..overall sound sleep. Would surely recommend for business travellers for sure.
