"Staying at Hotel Shanti Inn near the VFS Global office in Kolkata, Kashba was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming ambiance. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-appointed, and provided all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The location was extremely convenient, especially for those with appointments at the nearby VFS Global office. The hotel's restaurant served delicious meals, and the complimentary breakfast spread was both extensive and delicious. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Shanti Inn and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kolkata, whether for business or leisure."

It's a fraud property. The owner took an advance from me and shared the hotel location but when I reached the property at 11:30 PM then he said they don't have any rooms. It was a horrible experience at midnight for me. Totally unprofessional management. Not recommended.

Very nice Hotel, worth staying here..very good behaviours and safe.

My biggest ick about this hotel was the insufferable staff members, they were very rude towards the customers, the receptionist was the worst. The owner on the other hand was very friendly and approachable (even the dog was very friendly).

Best rooms and room service and best part of the hotel is no noise like so quiet place to peacefully

With the exception of the owner, Mr. Pandeyji, the staff seemed quite unsupportive and rude. Beware.
