It's a cosy stay nearby kolkata airport. Rooms are good. Staffs are also cooperative. They have airport pickup and drop facility. The room prices are on little bit higher side.

The service was very bad, the receptionist was behaving very rudely and asking extra charges because tea fell on his bedsheet by mistake and that too due to his mistake and His kettle was leaking and he charged me Rs 1000 just to clean the bedsheet. That way I gave him 0 stars...

Not the usual hourly rate hotels that are so infamous nowadays. After a long and tedious process I selected this hotel close to the airport which looked great in the guest uploaded pictures on MMT. ABOUT THE PROPERTY: It is a 19 minutes walk from the Netaji Subhash International Airport and a 5 minute ride to it on either an Uber bike, or taxi. Unfortunately no Uber autos can be available to go to/ from the airport. It is located within Airport Colony. ROOM & TARIFF: The Standard Room is enough for 2 people, or 2 people and toddler. Refer to the pictures of my room. The tariff is affordable but definitely not cheap, which leaves it open to unwelcome people using its premises for questionable purposes. HOTEL POLICIES: Pretty straightforward with No outside food allowed. No guests allowed than those entered in the log. No guests allowed after 09:30 pm. Standard amenities stand out from normal hotels so it is a pleasant place to stay in. HOTEL STAFF: The hotel staff are multilingual and speak fluently in English, Hindi, and of course, Bengali. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the following: 1. Proximity to the airport is a big plus with my rating of 9/10. It eases commute related tension. 2. Staff behaviour is another big plus with them being patient, helpful and supportive. My rating is 10/10. 3. Room Quality is amazing. If my Standard Room is so great how would the Deluxe Rooms be. It is beyond the rating of 10/10. 4. Cleanliness is top notch. Replacement of sheets, towels, cleaning is done on a daily basis (every 24 hours). 5. Promity to market, pharmacy, other eateries/ restaurant (branded and street food) is another big plus of this hotel. If you are a frequent traveller across cities in the country this would definitely be one of the hotels which would feature in your top 5 hotels (similar league of course as you should not compare a 7 star, or a 5 star, hotel with this one.

Check in and check out went very well for me and there is a receptionist Jaba Das his behavior is very nice and sweet she guided me a lot I am satisfied... My stay experience at Hotel Sanghat is very good hotel is very clean and quiet location I like the staff and their well maintenance.

Can't recommend it, rooms were dirty, service was way too much to my face, but ok. Location is the only reason why someone will book this crappy hotel.

Very poor experience in this hotel, because during checkout unnecessary demand payment as a bedsheet charges up to 1000 rupees,so that I recommended do not stay here

Near airport 50 meters frm main road. Newly built . Very clean room very clean bathroom. Free tea cofee sachets with sugars sugar free n kettle & daily free water bottles. Cordial staffs. 24 hrs staff on duty. Even midnight check in is permitted. Food can b ordered in room from their restaurant. Must visit . Good rate frm Makemytrip.
