HOTEL ROYALE

We stayed for last 2 nights.It is a family hotel. We are very much satisfied . The room is very clean and neatness. The management staffs are wel behaved .Servic for 24.hours is satisfactory.

Nice !hotel comparing to other hotel near the airport for normal people and who use to travel a lot it has nice rooms and very clean ,silent at night in affordable price .... All staff are very good and polite..

If you have dust allergy like me , then please dont even think to book this hotel. 0/ in cleaniness the blankets dont have cover and do you think after use of the customer they even clean it.. the answer is NO . The smell from the blanket made me sneeze throughout the day.. room rating is 2/5. Washroom was very dirty , i have to request to make it clean. The owner of this porperty doesnt know how to talk with the customer. Working staff was good.you can see spiderweb inside the room .

The care and warmth shown by the hotel owner was great. The staff was friendly and the stay albeit short, was very comfortable. Good for the price we paid. Will definitely book again if we visit Kolkata next time and for a longer duration.

It's a very great place. Staffs are too well behaved.. Rooms are very well considering the price range they offer.. Yeah for some the location will be a little concern.. But it deserves the quality it gives at that price.. The other problem is that the rooms may be considered a little bit congested buy in the price range and considering the location we can't expect more.. It's a pocket friendly location and of u have a morning flight to catch and u live at a place far from the airport it's the right place to spend the night... Some little adjustment and the place will be a five star rating.. Will look forward to visit again..

The owner should immediately shut down the hotel, because they are unable to manage it. The rooms are tiny. Cleanliness of the rooms are disastrous - there were a layer of black colour dust on the floor. There is a thick layer of black mud on the floor. We asked the hotel to clean it. The sense of their hygiene is so poor, they just poured few buckets of water and they thought it was cleaned (we heard other guests to complain about cleanliness). Used towels were there. We asked to change the towel - they don't have towel. A towel was brought from someone's home which you won't be able to use. There was bad spell (as the bathroom and wash basin was not clean). They don't have a air freshener to spray. While we told the management next morning, the manager (seems to be owner) and the staff were fighting like anything. Don't book this hotel. Don't waste your money and peace of your mind.

We Must write it that we have got an Excellent Concierge service by Concierge Manager Mr. Abraham sajjat as we got air ticket problem solved by Sajjat so Great Thanks to him, Also Biryani and Gulab jamun was Awesome, Room was very Clean and neat, Reception Staff is very polite. A must experience place, great food, great ambience, The management - Abraham Sajjat, at the lobby is such a great gentleman and full of gratitude Excellent location and guest service, even after a decade Hotel Royale still doesn't failed to surprise me. Shall visit again.
