Horrible experience, I booked this location for wedding. For people out there who is going to make same mistake unlike me, let me share my experience. They doesn't have proper infrastructure to serve even 10 people on time. They change menu whenever they wish and change hefty amount of money for useless services .

Horrible experience!!, booked a room for one day. After booking we faced load shedding right after entering the room. We asked for one water bottle and they charged for two bottles. Staffs behaviour was too bad.

Hidden camera installed in the rooms so be aware editing after one more stay : staff behaviour is pathetic as it's owner. Owner can through you out if you can't agree with there unexpected terms and there are hidden camera installed in room and they can see what you are doing in your private space so think twice before booking. For evidence oyo has terminate there contract with this hotel you can go in oyo app and you can find as sold out as oyo can't take bookings for this. should be price around 500-700 as it's quality. avoiding order food from room service too expensive as per food quality. Staff behaviour is good. ***Don't expect plates and spoons if you are not order from room service****

Very bad experience. We booked this hotel through OYO and travelled from Sealdah to this hotel. After reaching the hotel staff said there are no rooms available and that we should contact OYO. We even tried to book separate rooms other than OYO but even then the staff told us that OYO tracks our location via GPS so they can't give us a room. This is absolute non sense

Very bad experience. Never suggesting these hotel. Too much high to rate. But quality is tooooooo bad. Stuff behaviour is so rude. Absolutely unhygienic and messy environment. Tv not working, ac not working fan regulator is also not working. Don't book you will regret after...

Very bad experience. Never suggest to stay. Very bad behaviour by the stuff hotel rate is too high. Room quality is very bad. I booked ac room and after 2 hours of check in they ask me to change my room another floor. Tv isn't working no doormats unclean messy bed sheet. Overall the room is hardly near by 500 rupees. Very badd... Shame on to hotel rose management.

Veryyyyy bad experience ever in these hotel. Very bad it's hardly 500 rupee hotel by its quality. But they took more than 1500 for a single booking. Never come. I'm regretful to booking these. Very bad....
