Rooms are decent for the price. Reception staff needs to be trained. Especially the girl at the reception. She needs to learn to smile and talk politely. She behaves like a warden of a hostel. Breakfast was decent. The location is amazing especially for visa appointments. Overall not a bad hotel. They can be better if the staff is trained properly.

It was a great 4 day experience at the hotel. We had few events there. The banquet in the first floor and the rooftop banquets were extremely good. Rooms were also upto the mark. But u think it can be better. In terms or lighting and cleanliness.

This hotel may suit those on a very tight budget, but even with modest expectations, I was shocked by the level of disrepair and cleanliness issues. While I didn't expect five-star standards, the state of the property left much to be desired. ||||The issues were numerous: the TV, fridge, and hot water geyser were all non-functional. The geyser itself was precariously positioned just above the shower, adding a safety concern. The floors were so dirty that I had to wear shoes at all times. The decor was outdated and peeling, the sheets were old, greying, and appeared unclean, and no WiFi information was provided at check-in--despite claims of 24-hour availability. There was no WiFi access in the room. ||||We encountered a bizarre situation when attempting to plug in our phone charger. After calling the front desk, an electrician arrived and, to my astonishment, started pounding on a live socket with a screwdriver. While his "repair" did eventually allow us to charge our phone, the method was concerning, to say the least. ||||Despite booking for two people, the room was provided with just one towel that looked dirty. We had to ask twice before receiving a second towel. ||||Finally, the entire hotel smelled strongly of spices and stale curry, which permeated the environment and added to the overall discomfort. ||||While I understand this is a budget-friendly option, basic cleanliness, functionality, and professionalism should not be compromised. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

Breakfast served was pathetic.....flies were seen on the fruits . quality of banana was worst.sandwiches was dry.even the fruits and tea served was having onion smell.There was only 2 -3 options and they tasted worst.... Though the location was good but ambience and breakfast was poor.... The charges of the room was high so the admin should have checked on the menu of breakfast.

My parents stayed at this hotel during their recent visit to Kolkata for their visa interview. Location wise it's very convenient and the rooms are well maintained. I am happy that my parents had a pleasant experience at the hotel as the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Anjan.

It's Really a Great Experience to stay here . A Special Thanks to Late Night Chef Mr Manglu . He Is really a sweet Person . A Big Reason to stay his Late Night Punjabi Food. I will visit again surely.

Make my Dream event beyond expectation , Five star is not enough to rate each of hotel staff in service , brotherly like manager , Mr Sandeep , excellent delicious food by chef and without whom it could not be concluded ...Mr Chawla , the great cordiality , great arrangement and man of word , hardly found .
