Hotel Red Velvet

Went for birthday party with family to the restaurant , around 20 heads. Very well behaved staff, homely ambience and most importantly very tasty food. Highly recommended.

Starting from the service staff, the behavior of any staff is not good and they do not know how to respect female guests.They look at a female guest very badly and with dirty eyes.They charge a lot of money and after that, if anyone wants to go, they can go.

I went to Red velvet Hotel at Naihati last week. Rooms are very clean and reasonable rate. All the staffs are very co-operate and good behaviour. Restaurant food is very delicious and tasty. Very good service and behave as well as suggest by the restaurant staffs.

Extremely worst experience. Rooms, pillows, bedsheets were all dirty. Never come to this hotel otherwise you will have only bad experiences.

We all visit to Red velvet Hotel for lunchwith our family today at afternoon. Delicious food and excellent service. Keep it up. We again' come back.

Most vulgar hotel I have ever seen. They don't know even the meaning of booking. After booking also they didn't give the room which we booked. Receptionist's behaviour is shameless. Room is too small and not clean also. Very poor condition of bed and blanket. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. Just wastage of money.
