Hotel Radiant (Kolkata)

The first room was a bit congested and untidy, however they promptly changed to much better room when asked. The service was good, second room was spacious and much clean. Rest breakfast items were a bit limited and not much choices were available, however taste was good, staff is cordial.

Ambient was very dull. Rooms were dark. Bed sheets were dirty. Service were very unfriendly. Food was 50/50 and not much options. Only thing which was good is the location. Quiet near to most places. Alot to upgrade.

The hotel posts fake photos. Rooms are disgusting, toilets are not clean. Staff at the reception are rude. TV never worked. Booked in advanced via their partner website, but failed to find the booking and asked for more money. Filthy location, and they actually do not have car park, you just have to park by the roadside hoping there will be space. I shall never visit this again, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I want to save all of you wanting to book this hotel, please don't.. the staff especially the Manager is sooo rudddeeee.. they got no hospitality... They do not know how to run business.. we had a triple occupancy room but even after repeated calls for extra matress ( which they are supposed to give by default) they don't turn up.. not just this, their body language gestures everything is extremely rude.. don't trust the photos they are very old. The hotel is in a bad state, lot of amenities don't work well, and if something stops working they will ask you to pay for it like they did to us... Most of the room doors locks, lights, toilet fixtures are in bad state.... Please don't book this place if u want to feel safe..

I live in this area ...and i know for sure this is not a good hotel....i have seen many tourist not getting their rooms because they paid less according to hotel manager ....they say that the online price ia wrong never book it on agoda ...this is used by area musli. For their party and small banquet...go for hotel aakashdeep or hotel rockstar.

1star, Bcoz Zero was not in option Worst place to stay.. I booked for super deluxe room and they provided me deluxe room, bloody thieves. Totally dirty washroom..totally shitty small room Images on site are totally fake

Yesterday we had a ceremony ,the staff members were so cooperative ,without onion n garlic the food was prepared and it was so yummy in taste and everybody liked it so much# rooms were also cleaned
