Hotel Park Victoria

Location: Little far from main Road. Walking 20-25mnts straight from Park street metro station or take bus from Sealdah (fare 10rs). You have to get down after crossing the bridge then again walk behind the same distance as metro. Better reach by cab or own vehicle. Near Kareem's. I Went there more than one time. It's a safe place for family, couples even at the night. It's a nice 3 star hotel with proper maintainance. Couple friendly showing proper id. Hourly booking available. The hotel is quite and far from main road. Toilet is clean and ac works well. In house resturant available there. Food tastes good. Chiken lolipop and Fish Finger recommend.

I always refrain from giving bad reviews, but I almost choked in the room I was given there was foul smell and no ventilation, no windows and extremely claustrophobic. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. They are renovating and may improve in the future, but I literally had the worst experience wherein I had to book another hotel nearby just to escape this one. They dint accommodate my request for upgrade even though I was willing to pay the difference citing hotel was fully booked. Book at your own risk! Staff are courteous can't blame them, location is very good for pataka house

I booked economy room with no window.. There's mention toiletries, but no toiletries available. Not even towel, bucket, any soap. 24 hours room service just a scam.. I called 3times but didn't work.. This is total harrasment.. For asking 100times send me towel or something.. But no response. No 24 hours house keeping. Never suggest anyone.

Hello I'm TIRTH, Recently I've stayed at hotel park Victoria in kolkata, The standout feature of Hotel Park Victoria is undoubtedly its fantastic location, placing you right in the heart of the city. The staff were also a highlight, being friendly and always ready to assist. However, some aspects of the room cleanliness could be improved. If you're looking for a well-located hotel with helpful staff and are willing to overlook minor cleanliness issues, this could be a good choice.

The online photos are deceptive Not accurate at all. The walls in the hallways are damaged. We had two rooms and each had to change rooms. First rooms had mold and water damage. Second room had mold on the ceiling, toilet would shoot water on the floor when you would flush it. The location is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I had breakfast most days in the restaurant and enjoyed all my meals.

Worst hotel ever! Online photos of the rooms must be faked or adjusted with photoshop, surely do not represent reality. All our rooms were dirty, smelly, with black mould spots on ceilings and walls. Some of the bathrooms were not tiled, and some didn't have any windows at all although we paid the same rates for all the rooms. Holes on the walls, dirty celing fans, chairs, bedsheets, everything as if they haven't cleaned and disinfected the rooms for years! Also.a huge safety concern, during our stay there were on going works on the first floor not isolated from the corridor where our rooms were causing lots of dusts and noise. Horrible, after 3 days all my stuff inside the luggage still stinks of humidity. It should shut down because of health and safety aspects. Not to mention the entrance to the building, it looks like entering a bombarded area in Afghanistan. And I am not joking.

The rooms were modern, well-maintained, and offered comfortable beds w putith high-quality linens. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options, and the rooftop terrace provided stunning views of the city. While the Wi-Fi could be slightly faster, overall, we would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay

Very excellent service provided by the staffs and i must say the location is on top. Food is very yummy. The rooms are quite small other than that it was a lovely experience
