HOTEL O2 OXYGEN

I recently stayed at this O2 OXYGEN HOTEL and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The service was friendly and attentive--staff were helpful and made me feel welcome. The location is also a big plus, conveniently situated near key attractions and easy to access. Overall, a great place to stay and I would recommend it to others.

It was my daughter's birthday party at O2 banquet. The place is absolutely superb and very vibrant. Ample space in the halls, food is exceptionally good, staffs and members are very cooperative and up to the mark. The location is perfect just beside airport and on the main VIP road. We would recommend everyone to book this venue for their any kind of event or celebration. Affordable price and management is top notch. Thank you O2 team for making our daughter's fifth birthday so special and beautiful.

It's been almost 3 years I am coming to this hotel and they never disappoint in any field. Close to the airport, good market near by. Staff from all the departments are very helpful and understanding. Special thanks to Mr. Joy Saha from F&B department who always assist everyone with a big smile and always remember the guest name also. Small things does make alot of changes in service industry which he does everytime. Thanks again

Had a good stay at O2 OXYGEN HOTEL. The rooms were clean, cozy, and had all the necessary amenities. The service was great--special thanks to Mr. Sabyasachi Upadhyay who was very helpful and courteous during check-in and check-out. He made the whole process smooth and welcoming. The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access. Overall, a pleasant experience and I'd be happy to stay here again.

The best thing about O2 that stands out is its fantastic location near to airport. The hotel has great chefs, making in-house dining a cherished experience. Restaurant staff are very hospitable and always available to your needs. Miss Riya is wonderful hardworking lady with a warm welcoming smile in the restaurant making sure everyone is well attended to. Special thanks to Mr.Supratim Biswas from front desk for making my stay relaxing and uncomplicated in just one phone call. What more can a guest ask for.. wonderful staff,great location, delightful food..

Customer service is great with a personalized touch especially in food area besides the fact that foo is too good and very healthy menu. Just met few staff including Mousumi , very humble , you have great future prospects because of 2 departments , chaff and Training head as each one work as team visually

Hotel is perfect with great ambiance. The staff were very friendly. Ms Riya received us wholeheartedly and she ensured our comfort and made us happy with her work. She offered helpful recommendations for local tourist places. Her friendly demeanor and care made us happy and comfortable. Then entire O2 staff helped us in every possible way and made our days best.

One of the best hospitality and cooperative hotel i have stayed and celebrated occasion like wedding of my own and my family. Management has taken care of the arrangements, loyalty to there best and helpers were always available. (Carrying bag ,room service at night , food service in the room, taking care of valuable gift boxes everything they helper us and was always ready to do the service)
