Hotel O Silver Key Deshapriya Park Near Kalighat Kali Temple

Don't go there, they never valued you and your expectations also. One horrible experience when I booked this hotel for my family through online,it's shown booking is confirmed but at the time of check in they told me that due to some circumstances they are unable to give me a room, I have to shift into another hotel. This is not the first time i am seeing if you continue follow the reviews there are more reviews will come with such, so i personally recommend never ever go there, just avoid them..

Hotel was fine, value for money. But being an OYO fan, got used to OYO standards and can't settle for less. I stayed in room 306, the mattress is damaged, got not so neat and torn towel, no floor mat outside bathroom, didn't get OYO soap and shampoo kit. In room food service was good.

The location is convenient and the room was clean. The boys working there were very helpful. The only issue I had was that the room was rather small, much smaller than shown in the pictures. And I wanted to watch some TV in the evening but the TataPlay wasn't working. I asked them to recharge it but they made some excuses. Food was ok too.

Room's infrastructure was quite good. AC was working fine. Shower was not working, bed was quite unpleasant and bedsheets were having some stains. Check-in experience was hassel free. Overall average stay.

I stayed there for a night from 17-June-2022 to 18-June-2022 (Room 301). Room shown in the picture is different in reality. There was a leakage in the AC, bathroom drainage was poor, room walls had stains and marks. And behaviour of their staff was so bad. I booked it through Oyo and gave 1 star because of these things. Later i was denied to give the bill. I requested repeatedly but they denied by saying i gave them 1 star and cut my call off. Worst hotel and management i have seen so far. Worst experience.

Staff was unprofessional and denied check-in after full payment through Oyo. Somehow we got room by calling Oyo and they called them back then they asked us to come for check in. Breakfast was totally waste and they charge for it too. Rooms were stinky bed and mattress was soo uncomfortable. A bad experience of stay at Oyo. Location of the hotel is very good.

Worst Hotel Ever I Had Seen. First of all this is a hotel only for couples and their enjoyment. I've booked 2 standard rooms through Oyo and made the payment online. When I reached the hotel with my old parents above 60 yes and sister and brother-in law they said that your booking has been cancelled due to overbooking but I saw 2-3 couples going inside hotel and they got room when I told him that he started arguing and still in my Oyo app it is showing that booking confirmed. I lost my 4000 rs and haven't got any room . I have to stand on road with my 60+ parents and all the luggage. If your going with family please don't book this type of 3rd class hotel.

Ritesh agrawal has started a dirty business policy.. Now oyo has started Harassing their customer... I will share my experience..... I booked a oyo silver screen one day before arrival to the hotel and paid the amount bcoz it was showing without making payment can't book. So I made all the payment. Then I tried to call hotel several time but nobody picked up... Finally I reached hotel little early and wanted to chekin early with the applicable fees.... But the manager dinied and told they don't have room and after some time I saw they were giving the room in offline by taking more money. Around 10 I ask... The manager said my booking will be shifted to other places.. No need to wait... So that's what happened @ 11 I got a msg the my booking has shifted to other hotel... I have to go there. Basically my question who is oyo to decide where should I stay.. How can they shift my booking after a confirmation to other hotel... Without my concent... Who has given that authority to oyo...
