Hotel O SAMOTEL

We stayed here for 5 days which is very nice accommodation and good room service they have provided. The manager is Nitish who took care of everything, Thank you.

The most disgusting experience i ever had ...this was my third visit ...the first time was good ...second time there was no power for 1 hour still ok . Today we were kept waiting at the reception for 1 hour n we were forced to cancel our booking..i will never visit this place again

Very good hotel to stay we had come here to visit the medical conference. Nitish the manager for very helpful with the checkin and all the needs during our stay.

First of all some of the staff is very rude, I stayed here and told them that I will pay whatever amount the oyo app is showing but they denied and started to force me to pay their amount which is more than the oyo app is showing. Their service is also very delayed, they took 40 minuets just to deliver a plate and spoon. They literally argued with me for paying more than oyo is showing. Very bad experience I would not recommend staying here.

Evrything is ok. But staffs behavior is not good. They r vry rudely with customers.. specially manager. I request u all Plz don't go here to stay .

Very nice rooms. Service and staff behaviour was courteous and very prompt. I had a very pleasant stay here. Totally worth the money!

Im amezed to see the rooms . I have been stayed in many hotels from 1800-2000 but even after paying such amount the rooms was shitty but here in 1250 the room was a solid 5star staff was super good. Cleanliness was best . Never new such a good hotel exist in Kolkata. Must visit and they will even try to compensate the price as well just search the price before hand in Google. Loved it
