Hotel O R A Homestay Near Acropolis Mall

Completely rotten property and is completely unstayable. What all the basic amenities are not available:- (1). Door inside lock, so you can't lock room from inside. (2). Jet spray is not working in washroom. (3). No anti mosquito liquid is there, whole night I was busy to kill them. (4). Almirah is unusable. (5). Cloth hanging is not available, so you have to store your products on bed

First of all OYO should never tie up with such frauds, 1. Took extra money to let us check in. 2. No basic facilities like drinking water/ clean bathrooms. 3. Full of mosquitoes, they dont even have a Goodknight 3. Extremely rude staff While checking out, they asked for phone to check us out. He was trying to give rating from my phone. All the 5 star ratings are given by fraud by them only from customers phone.

If You booked the room From OYO APPS, Then the Hotel manager ask the staff about the price of booking after that he checked if the booking amount is below 500 then he said that we won't give you the room as per the price, We only give the room at a minimum cost 1000 + otherwise you can go anywhere else. I had seen the worst hotel ever in the kolkata

Ridiculous and horrifying experience. Rude and uneducated staffs doesn't even know how to speak with guests. I have booked online form Goibibo and they simply denied checkin as the tariffs didn't match their offline tariffs. They even denied to speak with Goibibo executives mentioning "who are they and you please do as u wish". I was going through review section and found out so many similar reviews like me, my question to Oyo and Goibibo is what steps are you guys taking? Such a frustrating encounter! Negetive (-) stars from my end. Never ever visiting this place again!

Such a a bad experience,we booked thru OYO still they charged 1000 rupees feel like cheated instead of ac room with tv they give us small room without windows and very unhygienic,will not recommend at all ..

Fraud! If you want to stay here please change your plan. I personally visited this homestay with family but they did not behave well and telli lies to their customers.

One of the pathetic hotel in this area charging hefty amount with broken toilet without door lock, drunken manager in the reception doesn't behave properly ...
