Hotel O Palace Inn Near Acropolis Mall

Horrible. This place wasn't professional at all. No banner on building, no staff one illiterate fellow doing your entries and room cleaning. Dirty Bedsheets with cigarette burns. No attached washroom. Asking for money even after the payment done to OYO. No eatery nearby. If booking this place for budget constraints, better to sleep at railway station.

1. Problem at check in. Asked extra money 1000/day as we have paid the hotel bill online. Told that we did not give our hotel at that price to anyone, we don't care about MMT. The lady attendant told that we are connected to OYO's app only not to the MMT. I have to wait for 45 mins- 1 hr having a patient with me. 2. Room size was not suitable for 3 people. Actually they gave us room according to their will and wish. 3. Bathroom size was very small, not enough for bathing. Comod was very much congested for doing nature's call. We were not able bath even. Very dirty & unhygenic washroom. Very dirty mug, bucket. No basin. Water scarcity everytime. 4. MMT's customer care helped a lot through the entire process. 5. Charged extra money than the listed price on their menu. 6. In the online booking policy it was written that, " Out side food isallowed" but they refused. N.B.: Very rude behaviour by the hotel authority. She (Hotel authority) told that they generally prefers to give rent on PER HOUR BASIS. - Worst experience I have ever had.

Booked room by OYO for family. But after reaching they show me a single room to stay. And suggest another room with 3 times double charge. No outside food allow. They delivered the food as 15 rs per roti and normal veg sabji 200. How come oyo allow them to ve their partner.

Very bad experience, first time ever. The price of the hotel is very high but the rooms are not good .They cheated us by showing low prices. Everything is horrible .The hotel is not at all as shown in the picture . I would advise everyone to never go here . 600 taka dekhiye ar 1500 taka niyeche akdom faltu 3rd class behaviour

I have had booked and paid online for a room in this hotel which turned to be a very bitter experience. When we reached the hotel, the attendants denied to provide us our room, started arguing with us and demanded an extra charge of 300/-!!!!! It was 11:30 at night and they continued to argue with us and this reached a point where we were so helpless that we ultimately agreed to pay the amount and were ready to check in.....but there was another shock waiting for us, when we entered the room....the room was a 10'x10' room with no amenities assured by the OYO helpline, there was NO AC, NO TV, NO wifi, No basin, no soap, nothing!!! We paid around 1500/- for the room and it didn't even meet the a 300/- room standards!!! The hotel employees said afterwards that OYO had no direct words with them for the booking confirmation and their payments by the said company was also delayed....so they charged us the extra money....I too feel that it was OYO's fault, cause when I tried to reach the OYO helpline number, each time they provided me with different numbers and told us to contact with those numbers instead of just registering my complaint!!! No matter what, I am never going to use OYO or pay online while booking through this app....I would also recommend others to just tap on 'pay at hotel' option while booking any kind of rooms in OYO!!!

They charge you more money than actual price. The pictures are all fake. It is not the place at all. The actual place is someone's house. They have divided rooms with plywood and using them as separate rooms. The rooms don't even have double beds. The worst place ever.

very worst behaviour, poor service, they demand charges extra money or influence to offline, living standard unhygienic, rude behaviour, not allowed any food from outside, they pressurized for his own food which is very bad and unhygienic which is charges very high,.i have share just my bad and rediculous experience . Next time not visit again. Shame on

I prebooked a classic 2X room on oyo at this place with tv,wifi and ac ameneties and upon arrival at this place after a 12 hour journey the manager asked me for 300rs for a prepaid room. He said oyo doesnt pay him till months end and needs money. Thereafter seeing that i was a alone they gave me a single room instead with no ac, tv or wifi on the top floor,completely different from the pictures i looked at while booking.so i called oyo and they were of no help at all and left me stranded in an unknown place .please avoid this palace inn because its the furthest thing from a palace. OyO standard have gone downhill these days.
