It's has a good service and budget friendly hotels, and room has in good condition

Room condition was not good it was smelling very badly, asked them to change the room but they denied. Stay was quite harassing.

Unclean. Not maintained. Dirty and faulty bathroom fittings. No water pressure . No window. Not habitable. Avoid.

This hotel is situated on cut road near beniapukur. The main drawback of this hotel that they dont accept oyo booking which is booked on offer. They demand extra money for accomodation. Room condition is not so good. Pricing is high according to room condition. They don't allow outside food as they have in house restaurant. Honestly the food quality is horrible and pricing for a egg tadka is 249 which is not justified. I have ordered mixed veg in dinner but received mixed horrible curry. Good things are co-operative manager and outstanding location.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room was incredibly small and cramped, making it difficult to move around freely. The furniture was outdated and worn out, giving the room a dingy and uninviting feel. The bed was uncomfortable and had a lumpy mattress, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was no better, with dirty tiles and a broken showerhead. The water pressure was weak and inconsistent, making it difficult to take a decent shower. There was also a musty smell in the air, making it clear that the room had not been properly cleaned or ventilated. To make matters worse, the walls were paper-thin, and I could hear every sound from the neighboring rooms. This made it difficult to relax or get any work done, as I was constantly distracted by the noise. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not up to standard, and the poor condition of the facilities made for an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Location is good .direct bus available from howrah.food quality is also decent.flawless check in and check out process .no extra money demanded . professional behaviour of staff.

It was a very horrible experience. I looked at the photos before booking and it looked awesome. But when I entered the room it was a mess. The smell was horrible, it was a very small room. Bed sheets were dirty and smelly. Moreover, the blanket was so dirty that I couldn't use it. I asked for the replacement for it but to my utter surprise hotel staff ignored it. I will never be booking a hotel again through OYO. And washroom oo my god it was so dirty that I can't describe. And no hot water.

Very bitter experience, most of the rooms don't have AC's in working condition, rooms are full of cockroaches, fan doesn't have a regulator to control speed, bathrooms were not clean and the water was full of iron( reddish yellow in colour), I had to change my room twice for the AC, bedsheets were torn, not at all worthy of the price they charge, very poor . But yes I would like to mention that the behaviour of staffs and room service attendants were very good, they were very cooperative. And the location of the hotel is quite good. But needs lots of maintenance.
