How was this room certified by OYO? It did not meet a single feature. The room felt more like a red-light area room. It was permeated by a foul odor and lacked basic hygiene. The walls and fixtures, including the tap, were visibly dirty."

The owner/manager whoever was present in the reception was a very argumentative person. They're cons sitting there waiting to loot people in the name of renting out rooms. The rooms are nowhere near what's being displayed online. They're dimly lit. Mosquitoes hover around relentlessly. The bathrooms aren't that clean. TV service absent. Some weird made up reason being given by the owner/manager. Extremely nightmarish experience. The ceiling was dilapidated. Other guesthouses in the periphery provide far better experience at a less price point.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. Rooms are disgusting, the bathrooms have no light even in the room there is 1 mini light by which you can barely see the everything. I don't even want to talk about the service, they don't have arrangements for food for the guests and don't even allow food from outside offline/online. Also the charges they are demanding for those types of room is unbelievable, almost 2000 rupees for 1 room. Even if you booked rooms from OYO in low price they demand more money to give the room when you reached the hotel for check in. And how can I forget about the behaviour it horrible they literally treating you if you are an outsider/tourist if you try to bargain price with them. Highly not recommended to anyone. I request OYO to look into this type of things and check before giving approval to these types of hotels where the customers will need suffer and also the image of OYO is affecting for this types of reasons.

After surgery I need to wait for next checkup..I cant walk properly so I have to take a room nearest place of my hospital...unfortunately I am going to this hotel....they cant provide better room with comod facility in the ground foor..so they give a room in 1st floor but they refused to give lift facility after having a good quality lift....on that time I cant go to search another one. So I bound to take risk... ..after this they dont provide room service cleaning..bathgroom shop...even proper bad sheet Which room I have ocupied this is a AC room @ Rs.800/- without Ac but I cant use it without their permssion So when asked their staff they told us if u give 1300/- then u can use Ac also...but my health condition is sudden fall due to over hit in summer time....my old aged mom ask them to start AC at 12pm they charged us more 700/- only for that night. Even the staffs behavior with my family just worst. They blame us they have facing loss to giving us this room. staff behavior..service...commitment.. .even rooms are so bad so wrost...they only knows money..they dont have humanity. I NEVER EVER FORGOT THIS SERVICE.

A horrible experience. I have booked via Oyo, and payment has already done and then I received a confirmation mail. While I entered in reception they have rejected me and says "you haven't called us before booking." They told us "you may book our own rooms with 1.5 k then we will provide." They haven't take any responsibility about it, just ignored.

It needs to be reviewed as We have a lot of harassment and inconvenience from the hotel side. Never book it from OYO. Not recommended for Patients with Family members. I would give -100 stars if possible. Unhealthy Water logging is a big issue. The rooms are not Good at all . Cheap crowds, Nasty Rooms, Overpriced cheap quality roadside food . They forced us to cancel our OYO Booking and typically managed to manipulate us to stay on their personal booking. After that they gave us the worst rooms we have ever seen. When we asked for the GST bill they refused. I request OYO to take proper action so that no one gets harassed in future any more. Never recommend to anyone.

worst experience ever. oyo give me discount but when i reached the hotel the management says to pay more.after 1 oyo team member confirm that the discount given to me is by oyo not by hotel then they let me check in, but after 2 hours they fource me to check out. the behaviour of the management is worst then you imagine. they don't have any manners and their behaviour is very cheap. there is no privacy and security in the hotel any one can go to your room. the management don't care at all. so don't visit in this hotel you will regrate it later.

it's a pathetic place to stay. receptionist person is so uneducated and worst in behaviour. first rejected to give room after seeing the price mentioned. then asked extra money for A.C. room entrance is pathetic, not at all a OYO standard. Room condition is horrible .No A.C no television is working. washroom is dirty not at all usuable. just stayed for 3 hours maximum and checked out and went other hotel. this kind of service and infrastructure is not at all expected for OYO. please look into this matter on a serious note.
